Abstract

This study aims to help the Development Planning Agency of Banda Aceh municipality in developing an online system interface for the data catalog of city boundary records. In addition, this research also aims to find out what functional requirements are needed by the user so the interface design will be able to assist people to store and retrieve the desired data. By using the DIA Cycle method, the interface design able to accommodate the user needs in utilizing the Banda Aceh city boundary catalog data archive system.

Abstract

This research was conducted to identify and analyze the factors that lead to the use of pirated software among lecturers at UIN Ar-Raniry Banda Aceh and to determine the impact of using pirated software. The research method used is of quantitative type with factor analysis techniques. The study sample was 114 people. The sampling technique used is convenience sampling. The data was obtained through the distribution of questionnaires to respondents, which were further analyzed using the factor analysis method. The Kaiser Meyer Olkin Measure of Sampling test results were 0.801, and the Bartlett test was equal to 153. The next stage applies the principal component analysis method to obtain four new formation factors. They are named the motivation factor consisting of 9 variables; the attitude factor consisting of 4 variables; the legal factor consisting of 2 variables; and the quality & price factor consisting of 3 variables. The results achieved can be a reference and consideration for the campus in digital transformation using original software. The research implications contribute to a paradigm shift for lecturers to use licensed software. Socially, compliance with the regulation of the use of licensed software creates a favorable academic environment and has an impact on increasing lecturer productivity.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the specialization of online shopping for college students using descriptive analysis techniques. The sample used is 195 respondents using the total sampling technique. The student learned many things about economics and business. With e-commerce, this should be an opportunity to apply what has been learned in practice. These students can start by opening an online business. But they prefer to use e-commerce to buy specific items rather than sell products. The results showed that the categorization of student specialization (1) based on the device used to access e-commerce applications was a smartphone (android) as much as 84.10%; (2) by product category is fashion 45.64%; (3) the intensity of shopping frequency not less than three times a month is 51.79%; (4) based on the monthly budget in online shopping is less than one hundred thousand rupiahs is as much as 56.92%; (5) frequently used application is Shopee 72.31%, and (6) payment transaction system using Cash on Delivery (COD) as much as 72.31%.
