Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the direct and indirect influence on work engagement variables on morale and employee performance, where in this study used the number of samples obtained by 40 respondents. The research method used is an associative approach to path analysis models using SPSS tools.23. The findings of work engagement research have a significant positive effect on morale, work engagement has a positive effect on employee performance, morale has a significant effect on performance, and indirectly the spirit is able to mediate the relationship between   work engagement and performance. Keywords: Work Engagement, Morale, PerformanceAbstrak Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh secara langsung dan tidak langsung atas variabel work engagement Terhadap semangat kerja dan kinerja pegawai, dimana pada penelitian ini menggunakan jumlah sampel yang didapatkan sebanyaj 40 orang responden. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan asosiatif model analisis jalur dengan menggunakan alat bantu SPSS.23. Temuan penelitian work engagement berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap semangat kerja, work engagement berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pegawai, semangat kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja, dan secara tidak langsung semangat mampu memediasi hubungan dari work engagement dan kinerja. Kata kunci: Work Engagement, Semangat Kerja, Kinerja
