Abstract

The PUPR Office of South Kalimantan is a government agency that has the task of carrying out government affairs, which are the authority of the region, and of co-administration in the fields of public works, spatial planning, and land affairs. In carrying out its duties, the PUPR service has a supervisory questionnaire in the field of construction services to assess the orderliness of construction service projects in order to comply with regulations and policies using Microsoft Excel. However, in this case, it requires a long process so that it takes longer to be able to carry out reports or recapitulations of supervision, where the series of processes is that first the service provider fills in the questionnaire, then the questionnaire is given to pptk for validation, and after that, the questionnaire has been validated and given to the admin for verification.In this study, researchers used the waterfall method in software development. In addition, the software design in this study uses object-based UML (Unified Modeling Language). With this research, making questionnaires that previously used Excel or Google Forms where the series of activities took quite a long time can be resolved, and the ease of searching for data as well as the tidiness are much better.

Abstract

Sungai Bilu Health Center has 12 services, namely Counter Services, General Poly Services, Children Poly Services, Nutrition Poly Services, Kesling Poly Services, MCH Services, Immunization Poly Services, Dental Poly Services, Laboratory Poly Services, Action Poly Services, Pharmacy/Pharmacy Services, and Administrative Services. In terms of service and administrative tidiness, the Sungai Bilu Public Health Center continues to improve. Where previously it used a ledger to record visits and actions taken, now it has switched to using a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet. However, the use of spreadsheets is still considered ineffective because they have to be operated via one computer and take turns. In addition, data that has been processed can sometimes be damaged due to computer viruses. In addition, the flexibility of access via the internet network cannot be used to process patient reports and histories in the form of patient medical records. This study uses the waterfall method in its development and UML (Unified Modeling Language) in the modeling and design of the system to be created. With this application, the puskesmas, especially the dental clinic, can easily report. In addition, the service process carried out at the dental and oral polyclinic can be carried out online and systemically so that it makes it easier for the surrounding community to enjoy the services available and makes it easier to improve the quality of services that were initially limited and not archived to become more structured and easier to access. Time efficiency for services that are carried out more efficiently and save the time needed in serving patients or the public when going for treatment.

Abstract

Dalam era globalisasi ini, permintaan terhadap teknologi informasi semakin meningkat. Karena manusia menginginkan kepraktisan dalam segala hal, hal tersebut mendorong kreativitas dalam menciptakan alat-alat teknologi yang dapat membuat pekerjaan manusia menjadi lebih praktis dan efisien. Kemajuan teknologi informasi juga sangat dipengaruhi oleh perkembangan sistem informasi. Di zaman sekarang, sistem informasi telah merambah ke berbagai bidang, termasuk bidang akademik atau pendidikan. Salah satu masalah yang timbul ketika musim Praktek Kerja Lapangan (PKL) adalah banyaknya calon peserta PKL yang mendaftar secara manual. Mereka menginformasikan tempat Dunia Usaha-Dunia Industri (DU-DI) kepada bagian Prakerin Sekolah, dan tim Prakerin menginput informasi tersebut ke dalam aplikasi pengolah data seperti Microsoft Excel. Kemudian, surat dikirim melalui aplikasi pengolah teks berdasarkan data dari aplikasi pengolah data. Setelah itu, peserta didik menyerahkan surat tersebut ke Dunia Usaha-Dunia Industri (DU-DI) dan menunggu konfirmasi penerimaan. Jika diterima, data siswa yang siap melaksanakan PKL akan diinput ke dalam sistem, sedangkan peserta didik yang tidak diterima akan melakukan pendaftaran ulang. Proses ini seringkali memakan waktu lama dan seringkali terjadi duplikasi data karena prosesnya masih dilakukan secara manual, yang mengakibatkan kesalahan data. Dengan adanya masalah tersebut, penulis berharap hasil penelitian ini dapat menghasilkan sebuah sistem atau perangkat lunak untuk pendaftaran Praktek Kerja Lapangan yang dapat memberikan solusi terbaik terhadap permasalahan yang ada.
