Abstract

Team leadership is a person's ability to be able to direct, guide and coordinate its members to want to do what is directed to achieve organizational goals that have been mutually agreed upon. This study aims to understand the meaning of leadership in a team. About how leaders coordinate subordinates to achieve the goals set by the previous company. The work of a leader must be able to coordinate his subordinates so that they can work properly carrying out their responsibilities. Motivate and create a comfortable working atmosphere. About how a leader can be a good leader in leading his team. What are the obstacles a leader will face in the future? How a leader succeeds in achieving the goals to be achieved. Then there are the aspects that a leader must have. We also discuss the stages of team leadership in this article. and team leadership models.

Abstract

Mengenai cara pemimpin dalam memotivasi bawahan untuk mencapai tujuan yang telah ditentukan. Bagi pemimpin, tantangan yang dihadapi yaitu tentang bagaimana menerapkan gaya kepemimpinan yang paling memenuhi kebutuhan motivasi karyawan. kepemimpinan dapat menghasilkan motivasi jika hal itu mengakibatkan meningkatnya jumlah dan jenis hasil yang diterima oleh bawahan dari pekerjaan mereka. Kepemimpinan juga dapat memotivasi jika hal tersebut mengakibatkan jalur ke tujuan menjadi jelas dan mudah untuk dilalui melalui pelatihan pengarahan, menghilangkan hambatan dan penghalang untuk mencapai tujuan, serta membuat pekerjaan itu sendiri menjadi lebih memuaskan secara pribadi. Kesimpulan penelitian ini, menjelaskan bagaimana seorang pemimpin mampu memotivasi pengikut agar bisa bekerja dengan produktif dan merasa puas dalam bekerja. Pengikut akan lebih termotivasi jika pemimpin bisa memberikan rasa bahwa mereka dihargai, dirasa cakap dan dengan imbalan yang sesuai.

Abstract

The study of leadership includes autnetic leadership. This focuses on the genuineness and authenticity of authentic leadership. Authentic leadership is about authentic leaders and their leadership, as described in this method. In order to understand what authentic leadership is, authentic approaches, authentic components, and authentic variables must first be identified.
