Abstract

Transformation is an absolute thing that cannot be avoided by anyone because transformation is certain and will occur. The policy of transformation itself such as: transformation in behavior, value systems, procedures, ways of working, facilities and infrastructure used, mindset, and behavior. Humans are also required to be able to adjust the situation to the transformation and the transformation policy itself. Change management is an activity that is oriented to make transformation in a person, institution and association of institutions (organizations) for the future in order to achieve something desired. The frame of mind used is a variety of empirical research.This variety of scientific writing is to solve problems by combining data, working on data, then analyzing and interpreting to subsequently get a conclusion. This writing is included in literature studies with the type of data collected in the form of research results from various articles, library sources and documents in accordance with the theme. With the results of transformation management is something that must be realized by a person or institution in order to improve the quality and quantity of a person or institution to be even better in the future. By minimizing or minimizing interference from outside and being able to adapt effectively and efficiently both inside and outside the environment. Without tarsnformation, a person or institution will not be able to survive

Abstract

Global product policy facing challenges in the digitalization era is a new challenge for manufacturers who market their products internationally and this is a challenge that must be handled by means of marketing research, digital marketing through social media and also making their own applications, and also using Global store as a public puller for these products. The research used a descriptive qualitative research methodology with literature study techniques which sourced from readings such as journals, news sources, books and also facts on the ground which were clearly explained and led to a result which was then concluded as a research result. The results of this study conclude that only companies that are going to market their products or so far after marketing their products to international shores must follow the development of basic marketing digitalization as well as manufacturers who have never marketed their products abroad and also use international or global figures as brands. and attractiveness for consumers who will buy the product.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the application of the sanction system in improving the discipline of employees of the Department of Youth and Sports of North Sumatra Province. The method used is a qualitative method with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews with 10 employees who work at the Department of Youth and Sports of North Sumatra Province. The results showed that the application of the sanction system has succeeded in improving employee discipline, especially in terms of attendance and timely completion of tasks. However, there are still obstacles in applying sanctions to violations that are more complex and unclear rules. Therefore, it is recommended that the Department of Youth and Sports of North Sumatra Province improve and clarify the sanction system applied and provide training to employees about the consequences of disciplinary violations.
