<![CDATA[Tujuan Penelitian menganalsis Efektifvitas Penyidikan tindak pidana anak yang berhadapan dengan hukum yang ditangani oleh Polres Bulukumba. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian hukum emperis yakni penelitian yang dilakukan langsung dilapangan. Data yang diperoleh baik primer maupun sekunder dianalisis baik secara deduktif maupun induktif kemudian disajikan secara deskriptif, yaitu menjelaskan, menguraikan dan menggambarkan sesuai dengan permasalahan yang erat kaitannya dengan penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa efekktivitas penyidikan tindak pidana anak yang berhadapan dengan hukum oleh Polres Bulukumba kurang efektif, Proses penangan perkara dilakukan melalui tahap penyelidikan dan penyidikan. Peraturan peradialan Anak diatur dalam Undang- Undang No 11 Tahun 2012 tentang sistem Peradilan Anak. Faktor yang mempengaruhi Penyidikan tindak pidana anak yang berhadapan dengan hukum adalah faktor penegak hukum, faktor sarana dan prasana, faktor Kesadaran hukum Masyarakat. The aim of the research is to analyze the effectiveness of investigations into criminal acts of children who are in conflict with the law handled by the Bulukumba Police. This research is empirical legal research, namely research conducted directly in the field. The data obtained both primary and secondary were analyzed both deductively and inductively and then presented descriptively, namely explaining, describing and describing according to the problems that are closely related to this research. The results of the study show that the effectiveness of investigations into criminal acts of children in conflict with the law by the Bulukumba Police is less effective. The case-handling process is carried out through the investigation and investigation stages. Juvenile justice regulations are regulated in Law No. 11 of 2012 concerning the juvenile justice system.
