Abstract

This study focuses on the implementation of lailatul qadar activities at the Taqwa Mosque in Parepare City, the purpose of this research is to find out how the management of lailatul qadar activities in gluing ukhuwah Islamiyah congregations, and to find out things related to the sunnah prayer activities carried out on the night of lailatul qadar at the Taqwa Mosque in Parepare City. The research used is descriptive qualitative method. The approach used is a qualitative approach with qualitative data types and primary and secondary data sources. The data collection technique used in this research is the technique of observation, interviews and documentation. While the data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the condition of the ukhuwah Islamiyah congregation of the Taqwa Mosque in Parepare City was quite good, but sometimes there were misunderstandings/disputes that resulted in breaking the ties of brotherhood to one another. The importance of implementing mutual understanding, mutual help, mutual respect, mutual trust and responsibility so that solidarity is maintained properly

Abstract

This research aims to find out the mosque management system that is applied during the pandemic and the new normal at the mosque in the city of Parepare. This research uses descriptive research that reveals and identifies the phenomenon that occurs. The approach taken is a qualitative approach with the type of data used being primary and secondary data. The results of the research can be stated that mosque management is generally a process or effort to achieve the prosperity of the ideal mosque carried out by a mosque leader together with the mosque manager and the congregation through positive activities. So that mosque management during the covid-19 pandemic is mosque management that includes elements of conception and behavioral change in relation to health determinants. In the new normal era, the management of the mosque that is implemented is a change in behavior to continue to carry out normal activities but must follow health protocols to prevent the spread of covid-19 so as to have a positive impact on the community because the mosque is not only a place of worship but also a place of social education for the surrounding community

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang hubungan gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gaya kepemimpinan sekretaris Daerah Kota Parepare, kinerja pegawai, serta hubungan gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja pegawai Sekretariat Daerah Kota Parepare. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Jumlah populasi 146 pegawai dengan jumlah besaran sampel yang telah dihitung menggunakan rumus slovin sebanyak 60 pegawai. Instrument pengumpulan data menggunakan angket atau kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji korelasi product moment. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) gaya kepemimpinan sekretaris Daerah Kota Parepare termasuk dalam gaya kepemimpinan demokratis karena pada indikator gaya kepemimpinan demokratis memperoleh nilai rata-rata yaitu 22,6 dengan nilai interval 15-58 dengan kategori pernyataan positif. (2) kinerja pegawai sekretariat Daerah Kota Parepare secara keseluruhan tergolong baik sekali dengan persentase 81,82%. (3) terdapat hubungan antara gaya kepemimpinan dengan kinerja pegawai sekretariat Daerah Kota Parepare berdasarkan hasil rhitung 0,407 ≥ rtabel 0,254 dengan taraf signifikansi 5%, sehingga dapat dinyatakan bahwa H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima

Abstract

This research method uses a qualitative descriptive approach. This qualitative approach intends to produce descriptive data in the form of speech or action from the observed subject, both written and unwritten. The data collection techniques used are field research such as interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the optimization carried out at the Pinrang Grand Mosque in developing Islamic Da'wah has been running in an orderly and directed manner, this is supported by the system. in the Pinrang Grand Mosque has been running well in accordance with management functions such as, planning (takhtith), organizing (al-thanzim), implementation (tawjih), and supervision (riqobah), then the next supporting factor is the mosque management system such as Idara, Imarah, and Riayah, where these three systems work together with Management functions in maximizing the work program activities at the Pinrang Grand Mosque, especially in the work program for the development of Islamic Da'wah.

Abstract

This study aims to determine operational management in developing work programs as well as supporting and inhibiting factors for mosque management in developing work programs at the Al-Irsyad Ujung Baru mosque, Parepare City. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative research. Conducting research at the Al-Irsyad Ujung Baru Mosque, Parepare City with sources from the chairman of the mosque management, mosque imam, mosque adviser and three members of the Al-Irsyad mosque. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation and documentation. The types and sources of data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Data analysis used by researchers is data reduction and data presentation. The results of this study indicate that operational management in the development of work programs, namely operational planning, facility inventory, management administration, integrated quality control, facility maintenance and network designing techniques which are very helpful in developing work programs at the Al-Irsyad mosque.
