Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are one of the business sectors that can encourage economic growth. But in reality, MSMEs have various problems, namely the problem of financial and non-financial limitations. In addition, there are challenges faced by MSMEs, such as increasingly fierce competition requiring competent resources. This study aims to determine the effect of financial literacy and Islamic work motivation on MSME performance. This research is multiple regression analysis. The population and sample in this study were 7 Food SMEs in Makassar City. Data collection techniques are documentation, interviews and questionnaires. The data analysis technique in this study is quantitative using multiple regression analysis used to examine the effect of independent variables (financial literacy and Islamic work motivation) on the dependent variable (SME performance). The results showed that partially financial literacy had a positive and significant effect on the performance of MSMEs, while Islamic work motivation had a negative and insignificant effect on the performance of MSMEs.

Abstract

This study was conducted to analyze the influence of leadership, Islamic motivation, and organizational commitment on job satisfaction, analyze the effect of job satisfaction on performance, analyze the influence of leadership, Islamic motivation, and organizational commitment on performance, analyze the influence of leadership, Islamic motivation, and commitment to performance through job satisfaction. The object of this research is the Land Agency Office of Gowa Regency with a total sample of 125 employees from a population of 182 employees (based on position). This sample was taken based on the probability sampling technique with the purposive sampling method. The data were analyzed using the AMOS SEM program. The results of this study indicate that leadership style has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, Islamic motivation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on performance, leadership style has a positive and significant effect on performance, Islamic motivation has a positive and significant effect on performance, organizational commitment has a positive and insignificant effect on performance, leadership style through job satisfaction has a positive and insignificant effect on performance, Islamic motivation has a positive and significant effect on performance through job satisfaction, and organizational commitment has an effect positive is not significant on performance

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, komitmen organisasi, motivasi kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai di Dinas Pertanian dan Ketahanan Pangan Di kabupaten soppeng. Jenis penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitin ini adalah seluruh pegawai dinas pertanian dan ketahanan pangan Kabupaten Soppeng yang berjumlah 40 orang karyawan dengan teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan Non Probability sampling dengan teknik yang dipakai adalah sampling jenuh (sensus). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, komitmen organisasi dan motivasi kerja secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Gaya kepemimpinan, komitmen organisasi dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh secara simultan dan signifikan positif terhadap kepuasan kerja.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja dosen Dosen  di Politeknik Maritim Ami Makassar. Penelitian ini menganalisis data dari sampel sebanyak 99 dosen yang diambil dengan menggunakan metode stratifikasi random sampling dari populasi sebanyak 132. Dosen tersebut adalah dosen yang mengajar pada Politeknik Maritim Ami Makassar. Pengambilan data dilakukan mulai dari Januari-Maret 2023. Analisis data menggunakan model SEM dengan menggunakan programAMOS versi 22,0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja dosen, budaya organisasiberpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja dosen.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze financial information systems, work productivity, and e-commerce on the performance of MSMEs. The approach in this study used a qualitative approach. The sources of informants were seven SMEs in the fields of food and clothing in Makassar City. Data collection techniques were carried out by interviewing informants and literature studies. The steps for the analysis technique used were data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The study results show that work productivity and e-commerce effectively support MSME activities to improve MSME performance. At the same time, the financial information system has not been implemented optimally, so MSME performance has not increased optimally. Some MSMEs have done computerized financial bookkeeping, but some MSMEs still do financial bookkeeping manually due to a lack of managerial knowledge and skills. The implications of this research are very important to help MSMEs identify opportunities and challenges by having a good financial information system that can optimize financial management, good productivity, and utilize e-commerce in their business.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan mengetahui pengaruh sistem pengendalian internal dan kompetensi sumber daya keuangan terhadap kualitas manajemen keuangan secara parsial maupun secara simultan. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif kausal. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pelaku Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) di Kota Makassar Kabupaten Gowa dan Kabupaten Maros Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. Adapun jumlah sampel yang digunakan berjumlah 14 pelaku usaha. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dengan analisis regresi berganda dengan mengunakan SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial sistem pengendalian internal (SPI) mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kualitas manajemen keuangan, dan kompetensi sumber daya manusia (SDM) mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kualitas manajemen keuangan, sedangkan secara simultan sistem pengendalian internal (SPI dan kompetensi sumber daya manusia (SDM) mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kualitas manajemen keuangan

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui optimalisasi jiwa kewirausahaan masyarakat pesisir menuju Masyarakat Sejahtera dan keunggulan kompetitif melalui literature human resources planning dan entrepreneurial marketing. Pendekatan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif, Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer maupun sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dengan yaitu teknik studi pustaka, dokumentasi, observasi lapangan, dan teknik wawancara kepada 7 sumber informan Masyarakat pesisir yang terdiri dari 4 orang Masyarakat Pesisir pada Pantai Biru Kota Makassar dan 3 orang Masyarakat Pesisir di Kecamatan Galesong Utara Kabupaten Takalar. mengenai pertumbuhan penjualan melalui biaya kualitas. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu teknik analisis data deskriptif analisis dan kualitatif. Adapun Langkah-langkah teknik analisis data yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa literature human resources planning  dan entrepreneurial marketing berpengaruh pada perkembangan jiwa entrepreneurship Masyarakat pesisir, sehingga Masyarakat pesisir dapat Sejahtera dan keunggulan kompetitif.

Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze factors that can influence the work spirit of millennial generation employees at expedition companies. The research method used is analysis in the form of mix methods which can be carried out through gradual quantitative-qualitative analysis, namely quantitative data analysis followed by collecting qualitative data analysis. The results of this research show that the most dominant factors influencing the work spirit of millennial generation employees are work environment factors 92%, organization 88%, compensation and benefits 85%, and leadership style 83%.
