Abstract

Archive systems are needed for administrative activities because archives are the memory center of every organizational activity. Therefore, in the work of managing records, each office must pay attention to the filing system that is following the conditions of the organization to achieve the goals that have been set. Archive management needs to be done in a good and correct procedure, to facilitate the process of searching or retrieving archives when needed. This study aims to evaluate the archive management process at the archival service center with the CIPP evaluation. This type of research is qualitative research and the data used is primary data with data collection methods through observation and interviews. In general, the results of the research show that the active archive management process carried out at the archive service center is running well and following existing standards.Sistem kearsipan dibutuhkan untuk kegiatan administrasi dikarenakan arsip merupakan pusat ingatan dari setiap aktifitas organisasi. Oleh karena itu, dalam pekerjaan pengelolaan arsip setiap kantor harus memperhatikan sistem kearsipan yang sesuai dengan keadaan organisasi guna mencapai tujuan yang telah ditetapkan. Pengelolaan arsip perlu dilakukan dengan prosedur yang baik dan benar, supaya memudahkan dalam proses pencarian atau penemuan kembali arsip ketika diperlukan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi proses pengelolaan arsip pada pusat jasa kearsipan dengan evaluasi CIPP. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dan data yang digunakan adalah data primer dengan metode pengumpulan data melalui observasi dan wawancara. Secara umum, hasil penelitian menunjukan proses pengelolaan arsip aktif yang dilaksanakan di pusat jasa kerasipan berjalan dengan baik dan sesuai dengan standar yang ada.
