Abstract

patient satisfaction is a consequence of the health services each patient receives and has a significant impact on health conditions. All patients, both BPJS patients who seek treatment at the Martubung Health Center must be completely satisfied. Martubung Health Center customer satisfaction with health services for BPJS consumers is the main objective of this research. This study used a cross-sectional quantitative research form. When the research was conducted at the Martubung Health Center in November and December 2022. The population in this study were BPJS patients, totaling 99 respondents. By utilizing the Probability Sampling research sample and research tools in the form of a research questionnaire that asks questions about the services received by patients who meet five different criteria: tangible, dependability, responsiveness, confidence, and sensitivity. the results of the analysis show that the variables reliability, assurance and tangibles are related to the level of patient satisfaction with a p value <0.05.
