Abstract

Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan adanya peningkatan hasil belajar peserta didik. Pada pretes diperoleh bahwa nilai rata-rata 52,66% dan tingkat ketuntasan secara klasikal sebesar 23,3%. Pada siklus I mengalami peningkatan setelah menggunakan model pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe Think Pair Share dengan nilai rata-rata 71,16 dan tingkat ketuntasan secara klasikal sebesar 43,3%. Dan setelah tindakan yang dilakukan dan diberikan postes siklus II maka diperoleh sebanyak 22 siswa yang tuntas hasil belajarnya dan 8 orang siswa yang tidak tuntas dengan nilai rata-rata postes siklus II meningkat meningkat menjadi 81,33 dan tingkat ketuntasan klasikal mencapai 73,33%. Dari hasil yang diperoleh dan disimpulkan bahwa model Kooperatif Tipe Think Pair Shar) dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa di kelas III SD Swasta Advent Timbang Deli Tahun Pembelajaran 2020/2021. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, maka guru disarankan untuk menggunakan model Kooperatif Tipe Think Pair Share karena terbukti dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa.

Abstract

Abstract: Effectiveness of Using Local-Based Thematic Primary School-Based Teaching Materials Through the Application of Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) Learning Model for Student Learning Activities. In this study analyzed the effectiveness of local culture-based primary school thematic teaching materials through the application of the contextual teaching and learning learning model (CTL) to student learning activities. This research method is a mixture of quantitative and qualitative methods with a simple linearity analysis on the assessment sheet of teaching materials and observations of student learning activities. The population and sample in this study were all elementary school students in grade IV SDN 156315 Sosorgadong 5, Sosorgadong District, Barus Tapanuli Tengah, North Sumatra. Data collection techniques in this study were observation by distributing questionnaires to students. The conclusion of the research on effective teaching materials on learning activities is seen from the influence of variables x and y, namely the effectiveness of the use of local culture-based thematic teaching materials on student activities.Keywords: Local Thematic Teaching Material, Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) Learning Model, Student Learning ActivitiesAbstrak: Efektivitas Penggunakan Bahan Ajar Tematik Sekolah Dasar Berbasis Budaya Lokal Melalui Penerapan Model Pembelajaran Contextual Teaching And Learning (CTL)  Terhadap Aktivitas Belajar Siswa. Metode penelitian ini adalah metode campuran yaitu metode kuantitatif dan kualitatif  dengan  analisis uji linieritas sederhana pada lembar penilaian terhadap bahan ajar dan pengamatan terhadap aktivitas belajar siswa. Populasi dan sampel pada penelitian ini adalah  adalah semua siswa SD  kelas IV  SDN 156315 Sosorgadong 5 Kecamatan Sosorgadong Barus Tapanuli Tengah Sumatera Utara. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini adalah observasi dengan menyebarkan angket kepada siswa. Simpulan penelitian bahan ajar efektif terhadapat aktivitas pembelajaran dilihat dari pengaruh variabel x dan y yaitu adanya efektivitas penggunaan bahan ajar tematik berbasis budaya lokal terhadap aktivitas siswa.Kata Kunci: Bahan Ajar Tematik Budaya Lokal, Model  Pembelajaran Contextual Teaching And Learning (CTL),  Aktivitas Belajar Siswa

Abstract

This study aims to improve student learning outcomes in mathematics learning on decimal number material in grade IV SD by applying the pair check type learning model. Based on the data obtained, the increase in pre-test results the average value is 48%, in cycle I there is an average value of 65%, and in cycle II there is an average value of 82%. So it can be concluded that learning by using the Pair Check Type Cooperative Learning model on Decimal Numbers material can improve student learning outcomes. Classically, it can be seen that there is an increase in students' classical learning outcomes. In the pre-test, the learning result was 32%, in cycle I 54%, while in cycle II 75%. This shows that the expected classical learning completeness has been achieved. From the discussion that has been obtained by researchers, there is an increase in good learning outcomes from cycle I and cycle II. This research is said to be successful if the completeness of student learning outcomes classically reaches 75% of students who reach KKM 70 and in cycle II obtained 75% classical learning outcomes. So it can be concluded that through the findings obtained by researchers can provide answers to the previously stated action hypothesis that by applying the Pair Check Type Cooperative model in Mathematics lessons can improve student learning outcomes in the material of Decimal Numbers at St. Thomas 2 Elementary School Medan Learning Year 2022/2023.

Abstract

Pembelajaran bermakna dapat dilakukan dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran yang sesuai, serta media, metode, maupun strategi yang tepat. Melalui model, strategi dan metode serta media yang tepat dapat mendukung keberhasilan proses belajar mengajar pada mata pelajaran IPS materi kegiatan ekonomi yang dilakukan oleh guru dan siswa. Namun berdasarkan hasil observasi yang dilakukan di SD Swasta Katolik Assisi Medan masih bersifat konvensional dan bersifat teacher center, sehingga guru dalam hal ini harus inovatif dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran di kelas seperti menerapkan model pembelajaran. Salah satu model pembelajaran yang menarik dan mengatasi kejenuhan dan kepasifan siswa dalam kegiatan pembelajaran khususnya pada IPS yaitu kegiatan pembelajaran melalui model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Student Team Achievement Division (STAD). Penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) dalam pengambilan dan pengumpulan data dilakukan metode tes dengan uji Validitas dan uji Reliabilitas serta menggunakan metode observasi. Penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) pada siswa kelas IV SD Swasta Katolik Assisi Medan tahun ajaran 2022/2023 dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus, setiap siklus terdiri atas empat tahapan yaitu, (1 ) perencanaan, (2)pelaksanaan tindakan,(3) pengamatan, dan (4) refleksi. Berdasarkan pembahasan dan hasil penelitian maka dapat disimpulkan sebagai berikut: pembelajaran materi kegiatan ekonomi dengan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Student Team Achievement Division (STAD) pada siswa kelas IV dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa dengan peningkatan rata-rata dari siklus 1 sebesar 73,7 dan meningkat pada siklus II sebesar 85,35 hasil penelitian ini diperkuat melalui temuan bahwa siswa sangat antusias dalam menerima materi dalam bentuk kelompok pada model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Student Team Achievement Division (STAD) menjadikan mereka lebih aktif dan melatih kerjasama antar kelompok sehingga membuat pembelajaran menjadi bermakna.

Abstract

This Classroom Action Research (PTK) aims to determine the increase in students' critical thinking skills by using the Project Based Learning model on the theme 8 Our Friend's Environment in class V SD Negeri 173416 Pollung 2022/2023 Academic Year. This research was conducted in 2 cycles. It can be seen from the results of the research carried out in the pretest (preliminary test) students obtained a complete score of 7 students (28%) while 18 students (72%) did not complete, with an average student learning outcome of 57. At the post test stage cycle I increased to 12 students who completed (48%) and students who did not complete as many as 13 students (52%), with an average student learning outcome of 69. In the post-test stage of cycle II there was an increase to 22 students who completed (88%) ) and 3 students (12%) did not complete, with an average student learning outcome of 86. From the results obtained it can be concluded that by using the Project Based Learning model on the theme 8 Our Friendly Environment in class V SD Negeri 173416 Pollung in the 2022/2023 Academic Year.Keyword: Critical Thinking Skills, Project Based Learning, Cycle Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa dengan menggunakan model Project Based Learning pada tema 8 Lingkungan Sahabat Kita di kelas V SD Negeri 173416 Pollung Tahun Pembelajaran 2022/2023. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan 2 siklus. Dapat dilihat melalui perolehan penelitian yang diselenggarakan ketika pratest (tes awal) siswa mendapati nilai ketuntasan sejumlah 7 atau (28%) melankan yang tak tuntas sejumlah 18 (72%), pada kisaran perolehan pembelajaran 57. Dalam post test siklus I menaik 12 siswa yang tuntas (48%) serta yang tak tuntas 13 (52%), pada kisaran perolehan pembelajaran 69. Ketika post test siklus II ada kenaikan 22 yang tuntas (88%) serta yang tak tuntas sejumlah 3 (12%), pada kisaran perolehan pembelajaran 86. Dari hasil yang diperoleh dapat disimpulkan bahwa dengan menggunakan model Project Based Learning pada tema 8 Lingkungan Sahabat Kita di kelas V SD Negeri 173416 Pollung Tahun Pembelajaran 2022/2023.Kata Kunci: Kemampuan Berpikir Kritis, Project Based Learning, Siklus

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to ascertain how the inquiry learning paradigm affects students' learning outcomes in math class IV SD Negeri 040544 Dolat Rayat 2022/2023 Academic Year. The experimental technique was used in this study, and there were 195 students in grades I through VI at SD Negeri 040544 Dolat Rayat who made up the study population. Using a purposive sample, 31 pupils from class IV make up the sample. According to the study's findings, the average of 86.19 and a correlation test score of 0.855 place the student learning outcomes employing the inquiry model in the very good category. If rcount 0.855 is greater than rtable 0.355, then the hypothesis is accepted. As a result, the inquiry learning methodology has a significant impact on students' learning outcomes in math class IV SD Negeri 040544 Dolat Rayat. According to the findings of the T-test study, where tcount ttable is 8.861 2.045, Ha is deemed to be acceptable. This demonstrates that the application of the inquiry learning paradigm had a considerable favorable impact on student learning outcomes in math class IV SD Negeri 040544 Dolat Rayat in the 2022–2023 academic year.

Abstract

The socialization sessions, characterized by a structured mix of material presentations (30%) and interactive discussions (70%), served as an educational platform for primary school students to understand the importance of maintaining a clean and health-conscious lifestyle. Subsequent field activities engaged participants in collaborative problem-solving efforts, primarily realized through synchronized cleaning initiatives in the school environment and the introduction of technologically advanced automated trash cans. In addition, the project incorporated technological innovation by introducing automated trash cans, which were strategically designed to capture the interest of the students and provide essential knowledge on proper waste disposal practices. The findings underscore the efficacy of a nuanced approach that combines educational efforts, practical efforts, and technological interventions in shaping sustainable behavior among the younger generation, thereby positively impacting the broader community environment.

Abstract

This community activity attempts to enhance student discipline at the primary school level through a holistic strategy that engages kids, teachers, parents and the surrounding community. Starting with a successful opening seminar which introduced the concept of discipline as the main foundation in forming student character, this program continued with an interactive workshop which provided in-depth understanding and special training for teachers in integrating discipline habits into everyday learning. Involving parents and community people through discussion forums, this program enables successful collaboration between the school environment and the local community. Program evaluations reveal better understanding and good changes in student conduct. The closing seminar as the final event of the program provides an opportunity to present concrete outcomes, successful experiences and future visions. This community activity not only meets the goal of enhancing student discipline, but also fosters a communal commitment to maintain the culture of discipline that has been successfully developed. The outcomes not only have an influence at the school level, but also provide a successful model that may be replicated by other educational institutions in an effort to improve student discipline and the overall quality of basic education

Abstract

This research aims to evaluate the impact of implementing puzzle learning media in class III Mathematics learning at SD Negeri 091316 Pematang Raya. Using a classroom action research approach, the research was carried out in two cycles with a focus on changing students' attitudes and improving student learning outcomes. The results of the research showed significant changes in attitudes among students during the learning process in cycle 2, while there was an increase in student learning outcomes in cycle 2 compared to cycle 1. Puzzle learning media was chosen as an innovation because it can involve students actively, stimulate patience, dexterity and courage. students in presenting opinions. Data analysis uses quantitative and qualitative approaches with descriptive analysis techniques. The conclusion of this research shows that the use of puzzle learning media can have a positive impact on changing attitudes and improving student learning outcomes. The classroom action research approach can be used as a guide for teachers in improving their learning process. This research contributes to the understanding of the effectiveness of innovative learning media in improving learning at the elementary level.

Abstract

This project analyzes the adoption of technology-assisted learning in primary school mathematics, notably focusing on the issue of two-dimensional forms. The study explores the efficiency of deploying Macromedia Flash as a learning tool and its effects on students' mathematical understanding. A complete study was undertaken, considering pre-test and post-test scores, as well as feedback from both teachers and students. The data demonstrate a significant improvement in students' mathematics comprehension, with an average rise of 18.52 in the field trial and 21 in the dispersion test. These results demonstrate that Macromedia Flash-supported learning is a strong way to boost students' knowledge of mathematical concepts. The moderate to high levels of improvement show that the employment of this media positively adds to students' academic success. Moreover, the favorable responses from both teachers and students underline the acceptance and enthusiasm toward this technology-based learning innovation. The high degree of student satisfaction, with an average score above 87.6, suggests that Macromedia Flash not only boosts motivation but also produces an enjoyable learning environment. In conclusion, this study offers promising prospects for the development and application of technology-assisted learning in primary school mathematics. The development in pupils' mathematics understanding extends beyond cognitive elements, incorporating critical thinking skills and problem-solving ability. Thus, this research contributes to the ongoing efforts to enhance the quality of mathematics teaching at the primary level through the appropriate integration of learning technology.
