Abstract:Lokananta Surakarta be one proof of the historical progress of Indonesian music industry. However, because the decline since the late 80s caused by many things, Lokananta gradually dropped prestige resulting in the lonely recording and production activities that culminate in the building neglected and not maintained. In 2014, Lokananta including the 100 buildings and the heritage area of Surakarta, this became the basis for the existence Lokananta preserved and developed. The problem faced is how to revitalize Lokananta that can accommodate all the activities that take place in it by promoting the principle of preservation and revitalization of existing noticed that existed at this time. The purpose of the revitalization Lokananta is generating Lokananta that can accommodate recording activities, recreation, and education. The application of revitalization is done with the protection and maintenance of the main building as well as by adding facilities supporting the activities of musical performances both indoors and outdoors, as well as the infrastructure of leisure activities and education in the form of exhibition venues associated with the development of music and collections owned by Lokananta with regard to rules of preservation and revitalization, and with regard to existing conditions. Revitalization Lokananta Surakarta produce Lokananta able to accommodate the activities of recording, performances, recreation and education and support facilities which can provide added value to Lokananta.Â Keywords: Lokananta Surakarta, Revitalization, Conservation, Preservation

Abstract: Planning and design of stroke hospital in Surakarta as a healing environment through Sustainable Architecture approach in setting the background by a stroke as a major cause of death and disability in Indonesia, especially the city of Surakarta . Unavailability of stroke services in a holistic place and stroke recovery means it needs to act quickly affect the patient’s recovery process by utilizing the natural elements and implement energy efficiency in buildings, so the purpose of this scheme is to obtain a building design which gives the facility of prevention , treatment , recovery , and increase the independence of patients after stroke by applying the principles of sustainable architecture in creating a design environment healer . The method used is descriptive qualitative design method to analyze the theory of Sustainable Architecture and Environmental healer that can affect the healing process faster stroke . The result is a hospital building design that embodies the physical container as a healing environment for patients with stroke and able to influence the pace of the recovery process of stroke patients by applying the application of the principles of sustainable architecture . Design of UMS Dental Hospital in Surakarta background by the increasing cases of oral disease in Surakarta, yet the presence of integrated service centers for cases of dental and oral diseases, unavailability of practice means for students of Dentistry UMS as well as a patient's fear problem will care done by a dentist is also a major issue in the establishment of UMS Dental Hospital. According to these issues, design problems that can be raised is how to design the UMS Dental Hospital with the foundation concepts that can create an effective healing environment with consideration of the state of the entire user psychology to support all activities by implementing architectural psychology emphasis. In the healing process of patients, psychiatric therapy is an effective method for accelerating the healing process, so with an emphasis on the Psychology Architecture produce UMS Dental Hospital design that can create a comfortable atmosphere and eliminate eerie impression of dental care and can facilitate all activities of UMS Dental Hospital users by applying the principles of psychology architecture to help the healing process of patients both physically and mentally.Â Keywords: Hospital, Dental Hospital, UMS Dental Hospital, Psychological Architecture

According to the Indonesian Central Bureau of Statistics, population growth in Yogyakarta has increased massively every year. The increased number of residents that occur, resulted in the need of house, and also the green fields will used as a residential land. Increased population definitely increase the level of food needs, but in contrast to productive land that should become a food barn of the population. Increased population will begin to shift the social side in humans because the places of interaction between individuals that should be the main forum of society to interact and socialize will be loss. Responding to this, the design application of Ecological Architecture needed, which raises a harmony between the building, human and natural environment. The research method is descriptive qualitative which begins by collecting data related to the integration of vertical living and vertical farming, literature review related to kampong vertical living theory, vertical farming system: hydroponic, and Ecological Architecture theory, then processed and concluded to be a guidance in analysis designing. From the analysis that has been done then generated an integrated design of kampong vertical living & urban vertical farming that can support sustainability design based on the application of Ecological Architecture theory.

Public request for beauty care services continues to increase. The production of cosmetics and beauty clinics are also increasing at the same time. Some cosmetics that contain hazardous substances on the market make consumers more smart to choose non-hazardous ones by using natural cosmetics. Traditional beauty centers in Surakarta aim to realize the provision of traditional beauty treatments with natural ingredients as well as providing facilities for relaxation, education, and art and gallery as complementary facilities. The main problem of this building design is how to attract visitors and show them that it’s a commercial building that accommodates beauty activities using a metaphorical architectural approach. The result of the design is Traditional Beauty Center in Surakarta that can attract attention and bring visitors. Public can see that this is Traditional Beauty Center just to see through the building. To obtain the criteria, the method that will be used are observational studies to the community, field studies, and literature studies on related theories.
