<![CDATA[This study discusses the role of finance in investment decision making in the Pandawa Cooperative Case Study. Offering an irrational profit of 10% per month, the illegal investment case claimed 549 thousand victims with a total loss of Rp3.8 trillion. This research method uses a qualitative study with phenomenology to learn the truth about the role of finance in decision making which will be carried out through observations and discussions related to social phenomena related to financial roles in making investment decisions (case studies of the Pandawa Cooperative) directly in the Pandawa Cooperative case. After conducting the research process, it was concluded that the investment of the Pandawa Cooperative in investment decision making by three financial policies, namely overevidence, representative bias, and herding, which provided a role in making the Pandawa Cooperative investment decision.]]>

<![CDATA[Program pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk mengedukasi dan meningkatkan pemahaman Nazir mengenai penerapan Good Corporate Governance(GCG) dalam organisasi pengelola wakaf. Menurut UU No. 41 Tahun 2004, wakaf adalah perbuatan hukum yang dilakukan dengan cara membagi atau menyerahkan sebagian harta milik seseorang untuk dipelihara oleh Nazhir. Oleh karena itu, tanggung jawab Nazhir dalam pengelolaan wakaf menjadi sangat penting. Penerapan GCG dalam pengelolaan lembaga wakaf mutlak diperlukan karena merupakan bentuk tanggung jawab Nazhirterhadap umat. Acara ini berlangsung pada Rabu, 20 September 2023 dan diikuti oleh 22 orang, termasuk Nazhir dan takmir masjid dari Kelurahan Kauman Kota Blitar. Untuk mengatasi tantangan yang dihadapi pengelola wakaf, program edukasi menggunakan metode ceramah dan diskusi. Berdasarkan hasil pre dan post test diketahui bahwa program ini meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kesadaran peserta mengenai penerapan GCG dalam pengelolaan wakaf. Berdasarkan pre-test yang mengungkap pemahaman nazir terhadap gagasan tersebut, maka disarankan agar pihak berwenang memberikan edukasi lebih lanjut mengenai pemahaman nazir terhadap penerapan GCG dalam organisasi pengelola wakaf.]]>

<![CDATA[This research is aimed to explore the effects of halal label, product quality, and price on the decision to purchase daily consumer products by Islamic economics students of universitas brawijaya classes of 2017 to 2019. Variables used in this research are: label halal, product quality, and price as independent variables. Meanwhile the dependent variable in this research is purchase decision. This research used quantitative method, employs multiple linear analysis regression using SPSS 26. Primary data is collected through distributing questionnaires. The sampling technique used was probability sampling in which every member of the population has the same opportunity to become the research sample using the simple random sampling method. Validity and reliability test were done before doing data analysis. After that, the linkert scale data was converted into interval data by using MSI (Method of Successive Interval) before doing multiple linear regression. The regression results show that the halal label, product quality, and price simultaneously affect purchasing decisions. And partially the three independent variables, halal label, product quality and price, have a significant effect on purchasing decisions.]]>

<![CDATA[The role of village fund on ecotourism development Boon Pring Andeman in the Sanankerto District Turen Malang East Java tries to explain in the paper comprehensively. Thus, it can be identified the role of village fund for ecotourism allocation and its contribution to PADes in the Sanankerto village. This research is using the village development theory, agency, the externality, stated in UU No. 6 Tahun 2014 as the relevancy of implementation village fund and the previous study of the paper. The research model is descriptive analytics with the collecting data method through interview and documentation through unit analysis which Director of BUMDes Kertoraharjo and Head village of Sanankerto. Furthermore, the analysis technique is using descriptive statistic following by triangulation method to test the validation of the data. The result of the research is the role of village fund in the Sanankerto village affects widely in villagers that shows in increasing economically including the work place opportunities following the reduction number of unemployment through ecotourism Boong Pring Anderman. <![CDATA[The high price of rice spread to an increase in the price of goods. The inelasticity of the production of foodstuffs includes the growth rate of food production, which is slower than the rate of population growth and per capita income, resulting in the price of foodstuffs increasing more than the increase in the prices of other goods. It can lead to demands for an increase in employee wages, resulting in increased production costs because the total production costs have increased. This study aims to analyze the causal relationship between the amount of rice supply and the price of rice in DKI Jakarta Province, the causal relationship between rice prices and inflation in DKI Jakarta Province, and the causal relationship between the amount of rice supply and inflation in DKI Jakarta Province. The results showed 1) there is a two-way causality or reciprocal causality from the amount of rice supply and the price of rice; 2) the price of rice has a significant effect on inflation but inflation does not have a significant effect on the price of rice, so there is only one-way causality where only the price of rice affects inflation; 3) rice supply has no significant effect on inflation, and inflation does not have a significant effect on the rice supply variable so that there is no causality between the two variables. Further research can carry out research with similar variables over a longer period and use a wider range of variables.]]>

<![CDATA[The condition of the Rupiah exchange rate against the Dollar continued to fluctuate from 2016 to 2020. This could have an impact on the Indonesian economy. So to maintain exchange rate stability it is necessary to know what factors influence it, this study uses three economic variables to determine the relationship between the independent and dependent variables. These variables are inflation, foreign exchange reserves and interest rates. The existence of Gap Research from previous research is also the background of this research. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the independent and dependent variables found in this study. The method used is the ECM method by collecting data available on BPS, Kementerian Perdagangan and Bank Indonesia websites. The results of this study are inflation and foreign exchange reserves have a negative and significant effect on the exchange rate, and interest rates have no significant effect on the exchange rate. Policies and strategies of central banks and monetary and political authorities in the world affect exchange rates which continue to fluctuate.]]>

<![CDATA[This research was conducted to determine the level of welfare of Indonesian gig workers in various fields. The method used is a quantitative method with primary data taken using a questionnaire from 250 respondents and then processed using multiple linear regression analysis methods. The research results show that job protection and income have a significant effect on the welfare of gig workers in Indonesia. Gig workers, most of whom do not work from the office, still need job protection and consider income an important factor that can influence their well-being. Meanwhile, social security is not a factor that can improve the welfare of gig workers in Indonesia because it is still hindered by several obstacles such as lack of socialization from the government and minimal literacy and concern for gig workers due to their busy lives and different work systems from wage earners.]]>

<![CDATA[This research is motivated by the many cases of conventional insurance defaults, which have contributed to instilling a negative stigma against sharia insurance. In fact, in the process, Islamic insurance uses underwriting management of tabarru funds in its operational procedures to minimize default. By using Prudential Syariah as a research object for the 2016-2021 period, this study aims to determine the determinants of the underwriting surplus of tabarru funds. The research utilizes a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis models using a purposive sampling method. The results of the study reveal: (i) the underwriting surplus of tabarru' funds is negatively and significantly affected by the net contribution; (ii) the underwriting surplus of tabarru' funds is negatively and significantly affected by claims expenses; (iii) the underwriting surplus of tabarru' funds is positively and significantly influenced by investment returns; (iv) the underwriting surplus of tabarru' funds was negatively and significantly affected by the BI-7 Day-RR. Through these results, Prudential Syariah is expected to maintain the stability of the underwriting surplus of tabarru' funds through suitable investment by considering the influence factors. The acceptance process also needs to be more selective to minimize risks so that defaults can be avoided in the future. This research may contribute to being a reference for decision-making regarding the underwriting surplus of tabarru funds and add concerns related to underwriting management.]]>

<![CDATA[The global financial market in 2020 was weakened by the Covid-19 pandemic. Nevertheless, the interest on retail sukuk in Indonesia during the 2020-2021 period has increased, and Generation Z was the minor investor group of it. The objectives of this research are to identify and analyze the partial effects of financial literacy, knowledge about investment risk, yield rate, and religiosity on the interest of generation Z in Java to invest in retail sukuk and to identify factors with the most dominant effect of all. Using purposive sampling, 400 people regarded as Generation Z in Java were selected as the respondents. The data of this quantitative descriptive study were acquired from Likert-scaled questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression. This research finds that financial literacy, knowledge about investment risk, yield rate, and religiosity partially have positive and significant effects on the interest of Generation Z in Java to invest in retail sukuk. Further, religiosity was found to be the most dominant factor affecting the interest of the said people to invest in retail sukuk.]]>

<![CDATA[Investors before carrying out investment activities need to analyze the company's financial statements in order to see the company's performance and estimate the company's stock price movements with the aim of benefiting from investment activities. This study aims to determine the effect of Return On Asset, Return On Equity, Earning Per Share and Net Profit Margin on changes in stock prices in companies listed on the Jakarta Islamic Index. The population used in this study are companies that have been listed for 4 consecutive years during the 2018-2021 period on the Jakarta Islamic Index. The data used is secondary data by purposive sampling. The data analysis method in this study is a hypothesis. From this study, it was found that Return On Asset partially had a positive and significant effect on stock prices. While Return On Equity, Earning Per Share and Net Profit Margin partially have a negative and insignificant effect on stock prices. So that from this research, the Return On Asset ratio can be used by investors as a reference to see future stock price movements and the Return On Equity, Earning Per Share and Net Profit Margin ratios cannot be used to analyze stock price movements.]]>
