Abstract

Sepuluh persen anak dan remaja di dunia mengalami gangguan mental, dan sebagian besar tidak mencari pertolongan atau menerima perawatan. Satu dari tiga remaja di Indonesia memiliki masalah kesehatan mental dan hanya 2,6% menggunakan fasilitas kesehatan mental untuk mengatasinya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui kebutuhan layanan kesehatan mental bagi remaja. Penelitian ini menggunakan studi literature review. Penulis melakukan penelusuran studi terkini tentang layanan kesehatan mental remaja di berbagai negara. Layanan kesehatan mental bagi remaja sangat dibutuhkan untuk menangani masalah kesehatan mental dan mengantisipasi timbulnya masalah tersebut. Kata Kunci: Kesehatan Mental, Layanan Kesehatan, Remaja Ten percent of children and adolescent in the world have mental disorders, and majority of them do not seek help or receive treatment. One of three adolescents in Indonesia has mental health problems and only 2,6% use mental health facility to overcome it. The aim of this study was to determine the need of mental health services for adolescents. This study used a literature review. The author conducts a search of the recent study on adolesecent mental health services in various countries. Mental health services for adolescents are urgently needed to deal with mental health problem and anticipate the problems that arise. Key words: Mental Health, Health Services, Adolescent
