Abstract

The purpose of this research for 1. Identify the potential of community land based on the size of the geophysical environment. 2. Analyze which combinations of commodities can be optimized to generate maximum income-income as an indicator of the realization of the MHR partnership. This research was conducted at Talang Ubi Sub-district Muara Enim Regency. This research was conducted from October 2016 until May 2017. The research method used is case study method with 46 farmers. Based on the results of research that has been done then can be drawn conclusion, as follows: 1. Potential of farmers' sleeping land in Talang Ubi Sub-district, still big enough that is 3.52 ha in average. With 58.7% of the land owned by farmers is considered flat, and 30.43% of the land is classified as sloping, and the remaining 10.87% is considered steep, and the physical condition of the land suitable for planting acacia. 2. The combination of recommended crop commodities on the farmers' sleeping land to meet the maximum revenue target, and land cultivation is the acacia, jengkol and banana commodities in the Planting Group I (K MT) I, Cassava Seasons I (MT) I at K MT II, (MT) I and II at MT II and III, Plant Seeds I (MT) I at MT IV K and MT II and III beans on K MT V and VI. Revenue expectations of farmers has reached the expected target of Rp85.954.681,41 which means that when viewed from the conditions of income expectations, partnership patterns MHR will be easy to build.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to: (1) To know the scale of the business of tofu industry in East OKU Regency, (2) To know the diversification of tofu products produced by tofu industry in East OKU Regency, (3) Calculate the amount of expenses incurred, acceptance and Profit gained from the know-making business in East OKU Regency. This research will be conducted in OKU Timur Regency. Determining the location is done purposively with consideration that in OKU Timur Regency is not soybean production center, but there are many business units of tofu manufacture consisting of tofu chinese, tofu half cooked and fried tofu. The study was conducted in July 2014. The study found that the R / C ratio of tofu industry ratio with soybean requirement> 1,000 Kg per month was 1.23. The R / C ratio of tofu industry ratio with soybean requirement of 500-1000 Kg per month is 1.15. The R / C ratio of tofu industry ratio with soybean requirement <500 Kg per month is 1.17. Based on the calculation of R / C ratio, the industry ratio of more than 1 (R / C> 1) indicates that the know-making business in OKU Timur Regency is profitable. Know-how with soybean requirement> 1,000 Kg per month has the greatest R / C ratio of 1.23 This shows the business of making tofu with soybean requirement> 1000 Kg per month is more profitable than other tofu industry.

Abstract

The objectives of this research are to: 1) identify the farmer's total income of pre-plasma in establishing agribusiness partnership entity, 2) Identify the conditions of peasant social capital as supporting efforts to establish a partnership of agribusiness entity, 3) analyze the comparation of total income between pre-plasma farmer's income and post-plasma income expectation in establishing agribusiness partnership entity, 4) Identify the response of the community in establishing partnerships agribusiness entities. The research result showed that income of farmer’s are relatively low. The conditions of peasant social capital in the village of Karang Endah and Tanjung Agung quite adequate. Farmer's income of pre-plasma (slab) is smaller than the farmers' income expectations of post-plasma (palm oil). The response of the community in establishing agribusiness partnership entity in the village of Karang Endah and Tanjung Agung was agreed, it means agribusiness investment partnerships will be easily occurred. Based on the results of those research in the village of Karang Endah and Tanjung Agung, we can conclude that Ho points 0.1 was accepted. It means if the farmer's rubber income of pre-plasma is smaller than the income of farmer's expectations of post-plasma and the conditions social capital is adequate, so the establishment of agribusiness entities will be easily occurred.
