Abstract

This study aims to understand phase of conflict and purpose in students with multiple roles. The research method used qualitative method with phenomenological approach. Data collection technique are in depth interviews. Data analysis technique used Interpretative Phenomenological Analysis (IPA). Member check as stabilization techniques credibility. The result about phase of role conflict include role conflict caused by the imbalance division of time between roles. Then, role conflict caused of behavior not consistent with role purpose. Role conflicts in students with multiple roles interpreted by still work and carry out tasks with the involvement and responsibility on multiple roles followed, and taking a stand against conflict of roles, while still working on academic assignments and teaching obligations despite the tendency to experience role conflict. Based this result can be concluded that the conflicting positions on the role of a student with a dual role is interpreted differently depending on the perception of each individual. Abstract

Perkembangan kognitif dan bahasa di Taman Kanak-Kanak dapat dikembangkan melalui pembelajaran literasi. Adapun pembelajaran literasi pada anak berfokus pada menanamkan dasar-dasar literasi sebagai pondasi awal untuk mengembangkan kemampuan literasi anak di jenjang pendidikan selanjutnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran literasi dasar di Taman Kanak-Kanak menggunakan model bercerita dengan buku-buku bergambar, model puzzle huruf dan bergambar, serta model pembelajaran audiovisual dengan rekaman suara dan video. Model pembelajaran literasi dasar tersebut berfokus pada empat indikator yaitu aspek kemampuan menyimak, berbicara, menulis, dan membaca.

Abstract

The problem in this study is about learning media that are not maximal in the process and activities in class. This study aims to determine the communication skills of children by applying the method of telling stories using hand puppet media in group A children in Tk Aisyiyah Busthanul Athfal 57 Surabaya. The subjects of this study were the Group A2 TK Aisyiyah Busthanul Athfal 57 Surabaya, totaling 18 children. The type and research approach used in this study are quantitative pre-experimental methods, using one group pretest-posttest. From the results of this study concluded that the value of t arithmetic = 3.72 is greater than t table 1.739 with a significance level of 0.05% and 2.556 at a significance level of 0.01 with N = 18 which means the naught hypothesis (Ho) is rejected and the working hypothesis (Hl) is accepted. This proves that the working hypothesis (Hl) which states "there is a positive influence on the hand puppet media on children's communication skills in TK Aisyiyah Busthanul Athfal 57 Surabaya" is accepted.

Abstract

Social distancing has an impact for all activities implemented at home so that parents are expected become stimulants to achieve children's development tasks. Therefore we need a model of sport physical activity to increase bonding between mother and child during the social distancing because Covid-19 pandemic. The research method used development research. The results of acceptability assessment from package I include of usability aspect with a mean score of 85.93%, the convenience aspect of 88.28%, the accuracy aspect of 88.22% and the appropriateness aspect of 88.85%. Furthermore, package II includes of usability aspects of 85.93%, the convenience aspect of 88.28%, the accuracy aspect of 88.22% and the appropriateness aspect of 88.85%. The assessment is sourced from expert tests, product-user candidate tests and field tests so it can be concluded that the I and II packages are very good and dont need to be revised. The result of effectiveness product test showed that mean pre-test score (XB) was 655 and the post-test mean score (XA) was 712, so that XA>XB. The results of pre-test and post-test scores seen in the binomial test table obtained p = 0.004 when compared with the t table value at the 5% significance level, 0.004 <0.05, so it can be concluded that physical sports activity package is effective to increase bonding between mothers and children at social distancing period.
