QUALITY ASSESSMENT SERVICE OF DAYCARE LIVING IN JAKARTA Ariani, Meiliyah; Zulhawati

Abstract

The young mothers of careers who live in metropolis and as people with toddlers especially in Jakarta Capital Special Region, today faces a variety of challenges; one of which is how to take care of their toddlers. In the face of such phenomenon, emerging business activities that offer service programs to take care of children under five with various facilities along with all its limitations. Whether with the emergence of service businesses to take care of children under five especially in metropolis, already provide quality services for customers so feel safe and comfortable to continue their career? To do research of such phenomenon, selected two subjects residing in Jakarta; that are: ?The Harvest Daycare? and ?Baby Kangaroo?. Is the quality of services provided from both day care is already in "GOOD" category according to its customers so that their satisfaction is fulfilled? This is the main attraction for case study, in order to reveal some important factors in improving the quality of daycare services. Therefore, the satisfaction of young mothers as customers feels a strong spirit and a strong emotional drive to remain committed to their careers. Research is done by taking samples of both daycare customers and the sample amount is 50 (fifty) customers for each. The research design consists of five dimensions of measurement, namely: Tangibles; Reliability; Responsiveness; Assurance and Empathy; up to the measurement indicators of each dimension. Analytical method using quantitative analysis model application with the name ?TEV?. The result of the research is the customers of both day care feel satisfied, so as to provide an assessment that the quality of services of both daycare in the category of ?GOOD?. Indicator which assessment needs to be improved again so that service quality can be improved to be ?VERY GOOD? category; then can be read in the conclusions and suggestions chapter of the research report.

Abstract

PT. X is a company that produces straws and sticks for lollipops. The raw materials used for production are plastic ores. Demand for plastic ore is currently high and volatile. This makes it difficult for the company to determine how much raw materials it needs to get suppliers that match the company's criteria. Therefore, supplier performance appraisal is required. The result of supplier performance calculation using Balanced Scorecard shows that supplier 4 is the best supplier owned by PT. X. By applying supplier performance appraisal, it will help PT. X in decision making.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of socialization, understanding taxes, tax awareness to compliance of taxpayers pay PP 46 Year 2013 on SMEs in Kebayoran Baru. Sample selection is done by using accidental sampling method. The research data was collected from taxpayers who pay taxes PP 46 Year 2013 On Perpetrators of SMEs in Kebayoran Baru. The samples used were 100 respondents. Data analysis technique used is multiple regression with SPSS version 21. The results showed that the factors of socialization taxes as measured by socializing direct and socialization indirectly, understanding taxes as measured by knowledge of the general provisions and procedures of taxation, knowledge of the tax system and knowledge of the function of taxation and awareness of tax measured by the tax is a form of participation , delay and a reduction in the tax burden, the tax is set by law and imposed a partial positive and significant impact on tax compliance in paying taxes PP 46 Year 2013 on SMEs in Kebayoran Baru Jakarta Selatan.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of payment systems, ordering systems, and shipping systems to fraud e-commerce. Payment systems are measured from policies, laws, institutions, operational mechanisms payment instruments, and infrastructure. Ordering system is measured from product, price, place (website view), and promotion. The shipping system is measured from speed, accuracy, volume, and condition. The sample selection was done by using purposive sampling method. The data of this study were collected from people in Sawah Baru Tanggerang Selatan, the sample use 100 respondents with the condition that they had been online shopping at Bukalapak, 18-25 years old, 26-35 years old and 35 years old, students, students and work, work. The analysis technique used is multiple regressions in SPSS version 23. The results of this study indicate that payment system, ordering system, and shipping system takes significant and positive effect towards fraud e-commerce.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine The Effect of The Services Tax Authorities, Tax Administration System Modernization and Tax Penalties on the Motivation of Individual Taxpayer in Paying Income Tax (Empirical Study KPP Pratama Jakarta pesanggrahan). The research data obtained from the questionnaire (primary). Model analysis of the data used in this study is the multiple linear regression analysis. Sampling was done by the method of  accidental sampling method (Convenience Sampling). Based on the results of data analysis using SPSS 21 shows that the results of t-test hypothesis proves that the service tax authorities, modernization of the tax administration system and tax penalties had positive effect on motivation of individual taxpayers in paying income tax in the KPP Pratama Jakarta Pesanggrahan. The results of f-test hypothesis proves that the service tax authorities, the modernization of the tax administration system and tax penalties had positive effect on the motivation of individual taxpayers in paying income tax in the KPP Pratama Jakarta Pesanggrahan.  Keywords: The Services Tax Authorities, Tax Administration System Modernization, Tax Penalties, The Motivation of Individual Taxpayer.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze net profit margin, debt ratio, and dividend policy on Sustainability Reporting disclosure. The research sample used was 13 companies with the period 2014-2018. The sampling technique used purposive sampling technique. The data used in this study is using secondary data. The method used is a multiple regression technique that tests the variables of the panel data using SPSS 25. The results of this study indicate that net profit margin has a significant positive effect on Sustainability Reporting disclosure. With the increase in NPM (net profit margin), it will increase investor confidence in the company, so that the company's demands for its efforts in environmental and social performance are also higher. Debt ratio has a significant positive effect on Sustainability Reporting disclosure. The increase in the debt ratio shows the company's high need for fresh funds, the high value of the debt ratio also reveals the company's dependence on debt which can create risks for the company's survival. Dividend policy has a significant positive effect on Sustainability Reporting disclosure. The higher the level of dividend payments of a company, the level of disclosure in the Sustainability Report is also high.

Abstract

This study aims to obtain empirical evidence regarding the effect of the number of female workers in the workplace as measured by the number of gender, stress, emotion, patient, skill, and leadership on the success of the company as measured by profitability and productivity.nThe research method used is a descriptive qualitative approach. The data collection technique in the study was carried out based on theoretical studies from the search for research journals, books and papers. descriptive qualitative approach to describe how much influence the number of female workers in the workplace as measured by the number of gender, stress, emotion, patient, skill, and leadership has on the success of the company as measured by profitability and productivity The search results from several studies show that the number of female workers in the workplace has a significant effect on the profitability and productivity of the company, although the variable number of female workers in the workplace as measured by stress and emotion does not have a major influence on profitability and productivity.

Abstract

The Government pays attention to the development of Micro, Small, Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) to increase competition, develop technology, create diverse markets, increase employment opportunities, production output and the contribution to the country. The government is aware of its importance as a source of poverty reduction, growth in GRDP. Government collaborating with parties expected to increase the enthusiasm of those who have declined. Collaboration between agencies through Business Development Service have long-term goals. Students expected to understand the role of taxes. For university, can be a means of community service and contribute to the institution accreditation standards 7.6 and 7.7. Whereas for SMEs with one hundred target, can improve managerial skills. With the support of E-Commerce, digital training technology transfer, MSMEs can sell through website and manage finance with android. Research Irfan Fatoni, Indah Dewi Nurhayati "Analysis of BDS harmony –Provider (BDSP) with Government Regulations Regarding MSMEs Development in East Java (2014), only discussed the harmony achieved by BDS-P, not cooperation between parties. Community service are carried out by field surveys, interviews with MSMEs in Pondok Melati. BDS carried out in tax workshops, BDS socialization, E-Commmerce, simple bookkeeping, brand image training and bazaar encourages MSMEs to grow, develop. So that small households can prosper independently and reduce the burden of government. By following a year continuous assistance, non-productive can become productive, professional MSMEs. This is evidenced by the formation of MSMEs management with provision of independent equipment following bazaars. Closer to the ideals of MSME villages in Pondok Melati.

Abstract

Pengelolaan keuangan adalah sebuah tindakan untuk mencapai tujuan-tujuan keuangan di masa yang akan datang. Pengelolaan keuangan meliputi pengelolaan keuangan pribadi, pengelolaan keuangan keluarga, dan pengelolaan keuangan perusahaan. Pengelolaan keuangan merupakan bagian penting dalam mengatasi masalah ekonomi, baik masalah ekonomi individu, keluarga, maupun perusahaan. Permasalah yang muncul adalah masih kurangnya pengetahuan dan pemahaman ibu-ibu rumah tangga terhadap pengelolaan keuangan serta masih banyaknya ibu-ibu rumah tangga yang terjebak pada investasi bodong atau illegal. Metode yang digunakan adalah memberikan quiz financial checklist, pemberian materi pengelolaan keuangan, dan quiz pengetahuan tentang pengelolaan keuangan.
