Abstract

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan November sampai Januari 2021. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pertumbuhan kerapatan lamun, kelimpahan megagastropoda dan hubungan antara tingkat kepadatan lamun dengan kelimpahan megagastropoda di Perairan Pulau Miang Besar Kecamatan Sangkulirang Timur Kabupaten Kutai. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling, dan menggunakan analisis regresi linier untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kerapatan lamun dengan kelimpahan gastropoda yang ditemukan di lokasi penelitian. Kuadran Transek dibentangkan lurus ke arah laut dengan 3 kali pengulangan di setiap stasiun. Hasil penelitian ditemukan 4 jenis lamun yaitu, Cymodocea serrulata, Enhalus acoroides, Halodule Ponifilia dan Thalassia hemprichii dengan kategori kerapatan sangat padat. Terdapat 9 jenis Megagastropoda yaitu Cyprea Tigris, Cyprea Arabica, Cerithium Aluco, Rhinoclavis Vertagus, Strombus Luhuannus, Strombus Urceus, Strombus Urceus, Lambis-Lambis, dan Cymbiola Innexa. Hubungan kerapatan lamun dengan kelimpahan megagastropoda di perairan Pulau Miang adalah positif dan termasuk dalam kategori sedang.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui jenis-jenis lamun yang terdapat di perairan Pulau Balikukup dan untuk mengetahui nilai keanekaragaman, keseragaman, dominasi dan indeks nilai penting lamun di perairan Pulau Balikukup. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Januari 2021 di perairan Pulau Balikukup, Kecamatan Batu Putih, Kabupaten Berau. Prosedur penelitian meliputi penentuan lokasi, periode pengambilan sampel, pengamatan lamun, identifikasi jenis lamun, pengukuran parameter air, dan parameter fisik-kimia substrat. Data yang dianalisis adalah kerapatan dan kerapatan relatif, frekuensi dan frekuensi relatif, dominansi dan dominansi relatif jenis, indeks nilai penting, keanekaragaman, dan keseragaman. Hasil menunjukkan terdapat 4 jenis lamun di Pulau Balikukup yaitu Thalassia hemprichii, Cymodocea rotundata, Halodule pinifolia dan Halophila ovalis. Keanekaragaman jenis lamun di perairan Pulau Bali termasuk dalam kategori cukup rendah karena <1. Keseragaman jenis lamun di perairan pulau Bali cukup berbeda pada setiap stasiun transek. Indeks dominasi jenis lamun di perairan Pulau Balikukup berada pada kategori sedang dan rendah. Jenis lamun yang termasuk dalam kategori sedang adalah Halophila ovalis dan Halodule pinifolia, dan untuk kategori rendah adalah Thalassia Hemprichii dan Cymodocea rotundata. Diketahui bahwa indeks nilai penting lamun tertinggi terdapat pada jenis lamun Halophila ovalis dan terendah pada jenis lamun Thalassia Hemprichii.

Abstract

This research was conducted in May 2021 – January 2022. This study aims to determine the Seagrass Fish Community in the waters of Kewallan Island, Bontang City, East Kalimantan. Based on sampling, it was repeated three times at 1 station. Analysis of fish data from research results using species composition (Ks), diversity index (H’), uniformity index (E) and dominance index (C). The results of the study found 775 individual fish from 28 species. Pentapodus bifasciatus is a common species with a relative abundance of (37.68%). Physical - chemical parameters consisting of temperature, turbidity, salinity, brightness, current speed, pH, DO, nitrate and phosphate are classified as very good for organisms that live in these waters. At the research station, six types of seagrass were found, namely Thalassia hemprichii, Halopila ovalis, Halopila minor, Enhalus acoroides, Syringodium isoetifolium, Cymodocea rotundata.

Abstract

This research was conducted in May 2021 - January 2022. The purpose of this study was to determine the distribution of nitrate and phosphate content in water and sediment in the Tanjung Limau estuary, Bontang City, East Kalimantan. Sampling of water and sediment was carried out at 4 research stations using a random method which was then analyzed at the Water Quality Laboratory and Soil Science Laboratory of PPLH Mulawarman University. The results showed that the nitrate content in the water was 0.012-0.018mg/L, 4.20-9.09% in the sediment, while the phosphate in the water was 0.014-0.077 mg/L and the phosphate in the sediment was 0.021-0.030%. The results of the analysis show that the nitrate and phosphate content is higher at Station 1 and lower towards Station 4. There is a significant difference between the nitrate and phosphate content in the water and in the sediment. The content of nitrate and phosphate is mostly sourced from upstream of the river, namely in residential areas and mangrove forests.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui jenis-jenis lamun yang terdapat di perairan Pulau Balikukup dan untuk mengetahui nilai keanekaragaman, keseragaman, dominasi dan indeks nilai penting lamun di perairan Pulau Balikukup. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Januari 2021 di perairan Pulau Balikukup, Kecamatan Batu Putih, Kabupaten Berau. Prosedur penelitian meliputi penentuan lokasi, periode pengambilan sampel, pengamatan lamun, identifikasi jenis lamun, pengukuran parameter air, dan parameter fisik-kimia substrat. Data yang dianalisis adalah kerapatan dan kerapatan relatif, frekuensi dan frekuensi relatif, dominansi dan dominansi relatif jenis, indeks nilai penting, keanekaragaman, dan keseragaman. Hasil menunjukkan terdapat 4 jenis lamun di Pulau Balikukup yaitu Thalassia hemprichii, Cymodocea rotundata, Halodule pinifolia dan Halophila ovalis.
