Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Health, Accident and Work Safety on Work Motivation at PT Alis Jaya Ciptatama Klaten. The population in this study were all permanent employees of PT Alis Jaya Ciptatama Klaten. The sample in this study amounted to 75 respondents, the sampling technique used in this study was simple random sampling. The data analysis method used is the Multiple Regression Test which consists of the F test, t test and the coefficient of determination. The results of the simultaneous study (Test F) show that there is a significant influence between Health, Accidents and Work Safety on Work Motivation. Partially (t test) Health and work accidents have no significant effect on work motivation, while work safety has a significant effect on work motivation.

Abstract

The Purpose Of This Study Was To Determine The Effect Of Competence, Compensation, Work Stress And Work Conflict On Satisfaction Among Female Employees In Surakarta. The Population In This Study Are Female Employees Who Work In The City Of Surakarta. The Sample In This Study Amounted To 97 Respondents, The Sampling Technique Used In This Study Was Purposive Sampling. The Data Analysis Method Used Is The Multiple Regression Test Which Consists Of The F Test, T Test And The Coefficient Of Determination. The Results Of The Simultaneous Study (Test F) Show That There Is A Positive And Significant Influence Between Competence, Compensation, Work Conflict, Job Stress On Job Satisfaction. Partial Test Results (T Test) Obtained Competence Has A Positive And Significant Effect On Job Satisfaction, Compensation Has A Positive And Significant Effect On Job Satisfaction, Work Conflict Has A Positive And Significant Effect On Job Satisfaction, Job Stress Has A Positive And Significant Effect On Job Satisfaction.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah untuk memahami pengaruh kompensasi kerja (X1), stres kerja (X2), dan motivasi kerja (X3) terhadap produktivitas pekerja (Y) pembuat Batik Kencana Biru. Seluruh 55 peserta survei Home Industry Kencana Biru digunakan sebagai populasi dalam penelitian ini. Teknik analisis data yang diterapkan mencakup pengujian validitas, pengujian reliabilitas, pengujian distribusi normal, pengujian multikolinearitas, pengujian heteroskedastisitas, analisis regresi linier berganda, pengujian t, pengujian F, dan uji koefisien determinasi. Uji statistik menggunakan aplikasi SPSS 22.0 untuk windows dengan jumlah sampel 55 responden, sehingga penelitian ini menggunakan studi populasi. Hasil dari sebuah penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa variabel motivasi berpengaruh signifikan dengan produktivitas pekerja sementara variabel kompensasi dan stres tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas pekerja.
