Prosocial behavior is an action that encourages someone to interact, cooperate and help others without expecting anything for themselves. Among teenagers, especially high school students, prosocial behavior is often not practiced well. For this reason, the role of teachers, especially PAK teachers, is needed to guide students to implement prosocial behavior. The aim of this research is to find out how prosocial behavior is implemented among students at SMA Negeri 1 Delitua, as well as to find out what roles PAK teachers can play to support students' prosocial behavior. This research method is a qualitative method. After the researcher collected data through observation and interviews, the researcher processed the data through reduction, display and triangulation. The results of this research indicate that the prosocial behavior of students at SMA Negeri 1 Delitua tends to be low. Meanwhile, PAK teachers have played their roles as role models, facilitators, motivators, learning managers and mentors.
