Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh beban kerja pegawai terhadap kelancaran verifikasi klaim BPJS di Klinik Utama Medika Antapani Bandung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif, dimana peneliti mengumpulkan data melalui Kuesioner dan diolah melalui aplikasi SPSS versi 20 dengan responden sebanyak 12 orang. Dari hasil penilitian yang dilakukan diperoleh pengaruh sebesar 55,4% bahwa beban kerja berpengaruh terhadap kelancaran verifikasi klaim dan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain. Adapun permasalahan yang ditemukan selama praktek kerja lapangan: (1). Adanya tumpukan data klaim yang harus dikerjakan untuk diverifikasi sehingga pegawai harus mengambil lembur untuk mengejar waktu; (2). Masih terdapat beberapa berkas klaim yang belum dilakukan verifikasi diantaranya perekapan data klaim yang dilakukan setelah 2-3 minggu dari tersediannya data klaim setelah peserta menyelesaikan pengobatan; (3). Kurangnya sumber daya manusia untuk memverifikasi klaim BPJS. Adapun saran yang penulis berikan terhadap permasalahan diatas adalah sebagai berikut: (1). Sebaiknya dilakukan koordinasi dengan bagian pendaftaran tentang kelengkapan persyaratan dan membagi tugas sesuai dengan kemampuan; (2). Adanya sosialisasi kepada pasien tentang kelengkapan persyaratan pasien BPJS contohnya membuat papan pengumuman atau x-banner (3). Melakukan perekapan data dan menjadwalkan verifikasi setelah 2-3 hari dari pasien itu berobat; (4). Sebaiknya dilakukan penambahan pegawai di bagian verifikasi klaim sebanyak 1 orang pegawai.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the antibacterial activity of lemon juice (Citrus limon) in inhibiting the growth of Staphylococcus aureus, determine the largest concentration of lemon juice (Citrus limon) which has inhibitory zones the greatest in inhibiting the growth of Staphylococcus aureus and knowing the Minimum Inhibitory Concentration (MIC) of lemon juice (Citrus limon) in inhibiting the growth of Staphylococcus aureus. The data in this study were collected by using experimental descriptive method and a Completely Randomized Design (CRD). This activity test through the Kirby-Bauer diffusion technique with a bacterial cell number of 10-6CFU/ml. The test were carried out using lemon juice with various concentrations of 25%, 50%, 75% and 100%, using negative controls with sterile distilled water, using positive controls with antibiotics gentamicin and carried out up to 3 repetitions. The result shows that lemon juice (Citrus limon) has antibacterial activity at all concentrations of 25%, 50%, 75% and 100% in inhibiting the growth of Staphylococcus aureus with a weak category of 1,5 mm – 4,17 mm. While the biggest concentration of lemon juice (Citrus limon) is ata a concentration of 100% with an average inhibition zone of 4,17 mm with a weak category. And the Minimum Inhibitory Concentration (MIC) of lemon juice (Citrus limon) is at a concentration of 19%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the antibacterial activity of bitter black honey in inhibiting the growth of Escherichia coli and also to determine the highest concentration of bitter black honey which has the greatest inhibition zone in inhibiting the growth of Escherichia coli. This study used a descriptive experimental method and a Completely Randomized Design. This activity test used the Kirby-Bauer diffusion technique with a bacterial cell count of 10-8 CFU/ml. The test was carried out using bitter black honey with various concentrations of 20%, 40%, 60%, 80% and 100%, positive control used gentamicin antibiotic, while negative control used sterile distilled water and the test was carried out in 3 repetitions. The results showed that the bitter black honey had antibacterial activity at all concentrations from 20%, 40%, 60%, 80%, until 100% in inhibiting the growth of Escherichia coli with the weak to strong category, namely 3,3 mm – 7,3 mm. While the largest concentration of bitter black honey was at a concentration of 100% with an average inhibition zone of 7,3 mm and was in the medium category.
