Abstract

E-letter is a web-based application used for correspondence activities which makes it easier to time-efficient company correspondence activities while triggering pros and cons among users in its implementation. The aim of this research is to identify E-letters taking place in company correspondence amidst the emergence of pros and cons between users while carrying out business correspondence giving rise to various meanings of E-letters which continue to persist in supporting the achievement of organizational goals. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. The results of this research show that the use of e-letters in private universities gives rise to various different user perspectives, but the use of e-letters continues. The use of e-letters provides convenience and accuracy in correspondence starting from the creation and distribution of official letters to the process of information retrieval and storage. This system minimizes misuse of official documents because it has a security system where only registered employees can access the system.

Abstract

The existence of customer loyalty for the company is very important. Customer loyalty is defined as people who enjoy services, especially those who receive services regularly and repeatedly. This definition places loyalty as a commitment to an attitude that generates empathy. In this research about the impact of brand image and consumer satisfaction on customer loyalty. The population in this study are customers of private universities in Gorontalo. The number of samples used is 96 respondents, the sampling technique is using purposive sampling. The data obtained and analyzed qualitatively obtained through observation and data collection. The results showed that brand image has a significant influence on customer satisfaction, which is significant for customer loyalty.

Abstract

This article discusses the stages of affective development of students. Affective development is an important part of student development, which influences the way they think, act, and interact with others. This article explains the understanding of student development and the stages of student affective development. This article is presented using a qualitative method which presents a description of qualitative data. The development of affective students is a development related to the emotional and psychological aspects of students. Affective development includes changes in the attitudes, values, beliefs, and emotions of students. The affective aspect also includes students' ability to understand, manage, and express their emotions well, as well as their ability to develop healthy and positive relationships with other people. Affective development can be influenced by a variety of factors, including the social environment, family, and educational experiences. Therefore, educators must pay attention to the affective development of students and provide appropriate support to help them grow and develop emotionally. From the explanation of the stages of affective development in students, it can be concluded that emotion and affective development play an important role in the teaching-learning process and children's academic success. Therefore, teachers and parents need to understand the stages of affective development in children and provide appropriate support to help children develop their affective aspects. But keep in mind that every child has a different pace and pace of development, so a sensitive and responsive approach must be used to help each child individually.

Abstract

This study discusses emotional development and language development in adolescents. Emotional and language development in adolescents are two important aspects in this challenging phase of life. Teenagers experience major physical, cognitive and social changes that affect the way they think, feel and interact with the world around them. At this stage, emotion and language serve as the main tools for adolescents to understand themselves, express themselves, and build relationships with others. Emotional and language development in adolescents are interconnected and influence each other. Language plays an important role in the expression of emotions. With words, youth can describe their feelings to others, seek support, or explain what they are experiencing. Conversely, the emotions experienced by adolescents can also affect their ability to use language. When strong emotions are felt, it can be difficult for teens to express themselves clearly and logically. Therefore, it is important for adolescents, parents and educators to understand and support emotional and language development in adolescents. By providing a safe and supportive environment and opportunities to practice speaking and listening, we can help youth develop healthy and effective emotional and language skills. In this way, adolescents can learn to manage their emotions well, communicate effectively, and build meaningful relationships with others during this important transition. This study uses a qualitative research method that aims to explain a phenomenon in depth and is carried out by collecting data as deeply as possible. Qualitative methods prioritize the observation of phenomena and examine more the substance of the meaning of these phenomena. This study was also structured to fulfill assignments for development and recognition of student characteristics courses. In addition, this study identified factors that influence emotional development including the family environment, peer environment, school environment, community environment and social media. Factors of language development in adolescents, including biological factors, family environment, social interaction, education, cognitive factors, and cultural factors. A language-rich family environment, extensive social interaction, quality education, and supportive cultural factors have a positive impact on adolescent language development. In this context, it is important for adolescents, parents and educators to support emotional and language development in adolescents. Creating a safe and supportive environment, as well as providing opportunities to practice speaking and listening, can help youth develop emotional skills

Abstract

Adolescence is a crucial stage in a person's development since it prepares them for a healthy adulthood. This time period amply illustrates how childhood and adulthood are in transition. Many issues develop. One of them throughout this adolescent stage is the issue of professional readiness. This issue is an obvious result of adolescent development, when there are expectations for individuals getting ready for a profession. Adolescents that experience career issues typically have it with the type of education they choose, which influences the type of job they end up getting in the future. In light of the numerous difficulties adolescents face in choosing their job path in the future, it is crucial to pay close attention to this problem. to fulfill the requirements of a career Career guidance is a form or process of providing assistance to individuals or people in preparing themselves for the world of work, such as descriptions of the world of work, selection of positions, skills and job development, and norms that apply in the work environment. Career guidance is given to someone to be able to determine and make decisions in entering the right job field and be responsible for the decisions that have been taken so that they are able to realize themselves meaningfully. Career guidance is a device, more precisely a systematic programme, process, technique or service intended to help individuals understand and act on the basis of self-knowledge and recognition of opportunities in work, education and leisure and to develop skills in make decisions so that the person concerned can create and manage his career development.

Abstract

In several universities, the application of learning models that are less effective and innovative often results in low student learning outcomes, so a learning model is needed that is able to motivate to improve learning outcomes, especially in course content. This research aims to analyze the learning outcomes of odd semester undergraduate students in Educational Technology after implementing the quantum teaching learning model. This research is a descriptive research carried out through observation during the even semester. The subjects of this research were all Bachelor of Educational Technology students consisting of 12 people, while the object of this research was the students' learning outcomes. Data on student learning outcomes are collected through written tests at the end of each lesson. The data that has been collected is analyzed using quantitative analysis. The results of this research show that the average value of learning outcomes before the action is 62.78 with a learning completeness level of 50.00% and the average value of learning outcomes after the action is 75.00 with a learning completeness level of 88.89%. The conclusion of this study is that the application of the quantum teaching learning model can increase students' learning motivation. The implication of this research is to foster student curiosity and create a pleasant learning atmosphere to motivate student activity in the learning process so that students are able to get maximum learning results.
