Abstract

Most people definitely need a tool or a place to hang an equipment at home, there are various types of hangers such as hangers with several links or units with various variants of shapes. The unit hanger product is the most interested in the conclusion of the author who conducted a survey in the Sungailiat sub-district market area, because the product is compact and easy to move and can also be used as a decoration in the house, but it becomes a problem when the double tip binding function of the product does not work properly. or you could say it's easy to detach because the condition of the walls of each house is different. After identifying, the product has dimensions that are not the same and relatively thick so that it can cause a sinkmark as in the product that the author identifies. Therefore, the author designs of the unit hanger product by utilizing and maximizing the Arbug 420C injection molding machine at the Bangka Belitung State Manufacturing Polytechnic by using the design steps from the book "Gastrow Injection Molds: 130 Proven Design 4Th" with the results of draft drawings, arrangement drawings , and working drawings. The author also analyzes the liquid flow using moldflow insight software with the help of a 3rd party PT. Reiken Quality Tools The results of the analysis are fill time of 5.275 seconds, Sinkmark of 5.367%, the position of the Air trap, Clamping force of 85 tons, and injection pressure of 69.89 Mpa as injection engine settings. Then after the design is done by selecting and considering each part and its function, we get a three plate mold with a slider where the cavity and core are inside the slider, a dispensing system without an ejector, using a pin point gate, a parabolic runner with a symmetrical layout

Abstract

Bangka Belitung Province is possible to increase the selling value of charcoal by utilizing coconut shell waste as charcoal fuel, especially in the Bangka area, Sungailiat District. To increase the selling value of charcoal, many SME (small and medium enterprises) actors use charcoal to make charcoal bricks. This can be seen in the briket production process at the marketing and community levels. In summary, it is necessary to make charcoal briket presses, especially charcoal crushers. The existence of a coconut shell charcoal crusher machine can speed up the brick production process and produce good quality bricks. The purpose of this research is to design and manufacture a coconut shell charcoal crusher using the VDI 2222 research method to produce a coconut shell charcoal crusher with a possible effective capacity of 10 kg/10 minutes, which can be carried out continuously and produces an output of 4.5 kg in one process, and produce charcoal granules with a maximum size of 2 mm.

Abstract

Getas crackers are one of the crackers that are in great demand by the public. Getas itself is produced in two forms some are elongated, and some are round. There are still many brittle cracker processing places that produce brittle manually, so that is the basis for the idea of this "Cutting Cracker Dough Machine" being designed. In the process of designing this machine, using the design method according to VDI 2222, with the stages of planning, conceptualizing, designing, and finishing. The machine is designed to be able to cut 15 kg of getas dough 19 about minutes by using a screw system as a dough pusher and a crankshaft mechanism to cut the dough that has come out.

Abstract

 The development of technology in the production sector is very rapid, one of which is in the production of Charcoal Briquettes. Charcoal briquettes are solid materials that contain carbon, have a high calorific value, and can burn for a long time. Charcoal briquettes made from coconut shell charcoal currently contribute to reducing dependence on oil and gas fuels and are able to meet export needs to various countries. SMEs in the area of Jelitik Village, Sungailiat District, Bangka Regency need a charcoal briquette printing machine to process coconut shells. Therefore, the authors design and manufacture a charcoal briquette printing machine with the aim of accelerating the production process and improving the quality of charcoal briquettes with mixed ingredients (starch flour, water, and coconut shell charcoal). The method of design and manufacture of Charcoal Briquette machine refers to VDI 2222. From the steps of the method carried out, the design of the Charcoal Briquette machine is obtained with 3 systems, namely stirring, printing and cutting.The results of the tests carried out were observing  the machine operating well or not, if it was good then the briquette printing test  with the output of the briquettes had good quality and was not easily broken with a production time of 10/hour.

Abstract

The reuse of coconut shell waste into briquettes is a way to reduce waste in the community and can be one of the livelihoods, because it utilizes coconut shell waste into briquettes which can be done simply, and comes from coconut shell waste that is easily found in the community. Coconut shell waste that is scattered in the community if left unchecked can become a problem, such as: becoming a source of disease and becoming a nest for mosquitoes. This implementation method is carried out in two major stages, namely the design and manufacture of a briquette printing machine from coconut shell waste. The result achieved in this activity is the creation of a briquette printing machine from coconut shell waste with the resulting pellet size of 5 cm x 5 cm x 5 cm. Based on the results and discussion described above, it can be concluded that the working system of the coconut shell briquette printing machine works well and as desired. The suggestion for the development of the next briquette printing machine is to focus on a cutting system that functions as a briquette dough pusher to the required size. This is, with the aim of making it easier for MSMEs and the community in making briquettes from coconut shell waste and being able to increase the productivity of cattle.
