Abstract

This study explores the integration of multiple intelligences and enhancing student motivation in Indonesian classrooms. Individual diversity is respected, inclusive education is promoted, student engagement is maximized, and academic motivation is increased. Educators may develop engaging learning environments that respond to students' talents and interests by identifying and integrating multiple intelligences. To collect perspectives from educators, students, and stakeholders, the study used qualitative approaches such as interviews and observations. According to the findings, using multiple intelligences improves student engagement and academic accomplishment. However, issues such as teacher training and assessment systems must be addressed. Collaboration among educators, policymakers, and stakeholders is critical for implementation success. Indonesia can develop a dynamic and empowering educational system that releases students' full potential by integrating multiple intelligences and local expertise.

Abstract

This article discusses the potential of coffee as a cognitive enhancer. The aim of this research is to explore the cognitive benefits of coffee use by qualitatively utilizing relevant ideas and empirical facts. The research method employs a qualitative study approach that includes interviews, observations, and literature review. The results of the study show that individuals looking to improve their cognitive performance through coffee use are given practical advice. Furthermore, this research proposes a strategy to widen the societal influence of coffee-stimulated cognitive activity. The conclusions of this research allow readers to properly exploit the cognitive benefits of coffee by using new methods and creating broad awareness of the topic. It emphasizes the need for future research in various areas such as long-term effects, individual differences, synergistic techniques, and specific cognitive domains to maximize the potential of coffee as a cognitive enhancement tool and promote cognitive well-being in society. The contribution of this research provides practical guidelines for individuals to leverage coffee in enhancing cognitive performance.

Abstract

The necessity for effective professional development (PD) in STEM education is more intense than ever. Shorter PD programs, on the other hand, are frequently more feasible due to time restrictions. The study looks into the most successful ways of designing and implementing short-term PD programs that provide significant results. Short-term PD programs can deliver intense bursts of improvement by focusing on dynamic training, personalized learning routes, and ongoing support. This study looks at how these programs can help educators modify their methods and improve student learning results. Collaborative networks and communities of practice are also essential for maximizing the impact of short-term PD. The transformative benefits can spread throughout schools and districts by creating relationships and boosting collaboration. This study demonstrates the potential for brief, meaningful PD programs to transform STEM instruction. Educators are embracing brief yet transformative professional development sessions and observing the enormous impact they can have on the future of STEM education.
