Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of mergers on the financial performance of companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2017 - 2021. Financial performance in this research is measured using liquidity ratios (CR), leverage (DER), profitability (ROE), and activity (TATO ). This research uses quantitative methods, the samples used are 6 companies that have merged and are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2017 - 2021. The parametric test used is the paired sample t test to answer the hypothesis. The results of this research show that there are no significant differences in the financial ratios CR, DER, ROE and TATO after the company merged. So the merger process carried out by the company does not show significant changes because post-merger synergies have not been achieved.

Abstract

Distribution channels are channels used to distribute goods from producers to consumers. On CV. There are several factors at Adila Snack Jambi that can become obstacles in distribution, including the first human factor, where in distribution the company requires skilled humans or employees. The second is vehicles. Therefore, companies must prepare good vehicles so that distribution can run effectively. This research aims to find out how effective distribution channels are to increase the distribution of snacks at CV. Adila Snack Jambi, The benefits of this research are theoretically able to contribute ideas to the development of economics. It is hoped that the practical benefits can be used as information about distribution to increase sales. This type of research is field research which is descriptive qualitative in nature using primary and secondary data sources, interview and documentation data collection techniques and the analysis technique used is qualitative analysis using inductive thinking methods. The results of this research are that the distribution channel used by CV Adila Snack Jambi is a one-level channel. One level channel is a marketing intermediary between producers and consumers (CV Adila Snack Jambi and traders-consumers). The distribution strategy used by CV Adila Snack Jambi is intensive distribution, namely distributing products through as many channels and channel members (traders and outlets) as possible.

Abstract

Globalization currently means that human needs and desires continue to develop and are not limited along with the times. Competition in the business world is increasingly difficult in the era of globalization. Economic development causes an increase in product variety. Consumers are satisfied with good service quality, product quality that shows its function and prices that reflect quality. Alfa Studio is able to ensure product quality and customer satisfaction by providing professional photographer direction and training by Alfa Studio to attract market attention. Alfa Studio implements a pricing policy that has an impact on consumer satisfaction. This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of product quality and price on consumer satisfaction.The method used in this research is a quantitative method, and the data analysis method used is the coefficient of determination test. The sample in this study was 68 samples.Based on the results of the t test on the product quality variable, the significance value is 0.00 > 0.05. then the Price variable with a significance value of 0.002 > 0.05. The significance value for the product quality (X1) and price (X2) variables simultaneously on consumer satisfaction (Y) is 0.00 > 0.05. From the hypothesis test it can be concluded, Ha1, Ha2, Ha3 are accepted, thus all hypotheses are accepted. It is recommended that the people of Merlung, West Tanjung Jabung Regency better understand the influence of product quality and price on consumer satisfaction at the Alfa Studio printing business in Merlung, West Tanjung Jabung Regency. Then in future research, it is hoped that other variables will be added to influence consumer satisfaction.
