Abstract

This article reviews "The Development of Islam in Indonesia in 1945-2021" from a historical perspective. The results of the analysis are as follows: There have been significant changes in Indonesian history related to the development of Islam. For example Islamic banks and Mu'amalah banks have been operating in almost every Muslim area that can be seen and felt with the naked eye (region). our nation, especially in cities, as well as in the world of Indonesian Islamic education, even though in practice there are still some deficiencies and irregularities. Likewise, lectures from Indonesian clerics have helped students improve literacy (writing skills and public speaking skills). Like ustadz Abdul Somad and other ustadz lately. Ustadz's lectures can currently be accessed through various media, such as Youtube. As long as the signal is connected, this lecture can be accessed anywhere and anytime. The internet offers access to various scientific fields besides Islamic da'wah. Now, there are many opportunities for us to create other types of scholarship, such as "Islamic History of Southeast Asia" or "The History of the Entry of Islam into Indonesia", as well as learn how to read the Al-Quran correctly. In today's era, we use various media, including Whatsapp (WA), Facebook (FB), Instagram, Telegram, Twitter, and so on. In conclusion, the history of Islam in Indonesia today has developed much differently from previous Islamic history.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Islamic education system in Indonesia and Thailand. Islamic education written in Indonesia is growing very fast compared to Southeast Asian countries. The number of madrassas and farmers proves it. Islamic education in Indonesian is one of the compulsory subjects in public schools and universities. In Thailand, a country where the majority adheres to Buddhism is 10%. The Muslim population of the entire population of Thailand. With that amount. The education of minority Muslims in Thailand also has something in common. Islamic Education in Indonesia. There are also pesantren in Thailand and madrasas whose education system is not far from Indonesia. The only difference is in quantity. Subjects examined in national exams and compulsory to study Thai there.

Abstract

This study aims to display the traditions of the local Islamic community known as the bathing safar ritual which gets the focus of various communications on islam itself. The safar bathing ritual is one of the legacies of the ancestors which is considered as a way of rejecting misfortune that will occur (accidents, disasters and epidemics). However, in local traditions that are directly related to islam, which generate pros and cons among the people who support and also reject this tradition. In connection with this reason, this research aims to find out the meaning of the symbol and function of this safar bath fot the people who support it. How far do they understand these rituals and skills for their daily lives and the role of the local government in maintaining these traditions.

Abstract

Crimes such as murder and loss of a person's life are unlawful acts that are very contrary to humanity and justice in the Supreme Court circular letter number 4 of 2011 concerning justice collaborators (actors of witnesses who work together) will get legal remissions which are still limited to cases such as corruption, terrorism, narcotics, money laundering and human trafficking. The research method is a normative juridical descriptive method, namely the object of research related to the applicable laws and policies. The research results in the Supreme Court circular letter no. 4 of 2011 justice collaborators for the crime of murder are not clarified in the circular letter as a guide for judges to decide on a choice of criminal acts of murder while murder cases really need to be resolved with justice collaborators, maqasid sharia hifzul nafs (protecting lives) is a state commitment and Islam forbids killing.
