Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarkat ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji tingkat pemahaman warga tentang pemanfaatan telemedis sebagai media sarana penunjang masyarakat untuk upaya preventif dalam Kesehatan diri, dalam proses pelaksanaan kajian studi kemasyarakatan, juga dilakukan sosialisasi tentang pemanfaatan telemedis serta fungsi telemedis untuk mengurangi aktifitas keluar rumah untuk berobat, dengan memanfaatkan telemedis masyarakat bisa melakukan screening awal untuk menilai kapan harus segera kerumah sakit atau hanya perlu perawatan di rumah, mengingat telemedis juga merupakan telekomunikasi secara langsung baik via chat atau face time, serta pemesanan obat, dan melakukan update Riwayat pemerikasaan. Dalam pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarkat ini, dilakukan kajian untuk menggali pemahaman Masyarakat, dan dari hasil kajian diketahuai bahwa dari 30 responden yang terlibat dalam kajian ini hanya 3 orang yang memahami tentang pemanfaatan telemedis, dan dari 3 orang tersebut hanya 1 responden yang benar-benar memanfaatan aplikasi telemedis yaitu Halodoc dan Alodokter, dengan lama penggunaan kurang lebih 2 tahun terakhir, dari total seluruh responden sebanyak 30 orang. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa masih banyak warga yang belum mengenal telemedis secara penuh, sehingga sangat kurang memanfaatkan aplikasi telemedis

Abstract

Telemedicine, as a form of evolution in the field of health services, has emerged as a response to the challenges and opportunities arising from advances in information and communication technology (ICT). In the era of globalization and digitalization, the concept of telemedicine has revolutionized the way medical services are provided, providing broader, more efficient, and innovative access to healthcare. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between service quality and satisfaction among telemedicine users in Surakarta City. This research method is a quantitative descriptive method by distributing online questionnaires (google form). The population in this study are telemedicine users in the Surakarta City area. While determining the number of samples using the Lemeshow formula with a sample of 96 respondents. The results showed that most of the respondents were aged 36-45 years (30.2%), female (51%). The education level of the majority of respondents graduated from high school or equivalent (31.2%). The level of employment of civil servants and self-employed (18.8%) and the activity that is often used is to consult a doctor (66.7%). A total of 3 - 4 times using telemedicine a total of 42.7%. While the results of the description of the quality of services provided are in the good category (72.9%) and the description of satisfaction is in the satisfied category (66.7%). The conclusion in this study is that there is a relationship between service quality and satisfaction with the use of telemedicine services indicating a significant and positive relationship (p value = 0.000).

Abstract

Electronic Medical Records as a form of renewal of health services, which has emerged as a response to and challenges arising from advances in technology. The Minister of Health Regulation No. 269/Menkes concerning Medical Records is no longer in accordance with developments in science and technology, health service needs and the legal needs of society. At this time the government has determined the regulations to be used, namely Minister of Health Regulation no. 24 of 2022 concerning Medical Records. With this regulation, hospitals must improve their preparation so that they can be integrated with the government system. The aim of this PKM is to increase the knowledge of medical personnel in administering electronic medical records in hospitals. The PKM implementation method includes material presentation, discussion and evaluation. The target of PKM consists of 14 health workers with the results of PKM being an increase in health workers' knowledge in maintaining medical records.
