Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah Pelatihan (X1) dan Disiplin Kerja (X2) mempengaruhi Kinerja Karyawan (Y) baik secara simultan atau secara parsial di Nandini Jungle Resort & Spa, Payangan Gianyar. Tempat dilaksanakan penelitian ini adalah di Nandini Jungle Resort & Spa, Payangan Gianyar. Waktu penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan November 2020 – Juli 2021. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah 44 yang sekaligus dijadikan sampel sehingga menggunakan metode sampel jenuh. Pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, kuesioner. Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian korelasional. Kemudian dilakukan analisis secara kuantitatif, yang meliputi: uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, analisis regresi linier berganda dan uji asumsi klasik dengan menggunakan SPSS release 25. Uji hipotesis menggunakan uji F dan uji t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pelatihan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan (p<0,05) terhadap kinerja karyawan. Disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan sangat signifikan (p<0,01) terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kemudian, Pelatihan dan Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh positif dan sangat signifikan (p<0,01) terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. This study aims to determine whether training (X1) and work discipline (X2) affect Employee Performance (Y) either simultaneously or partially at Nandini Jungle Resort & Spa, Payangan Gianyar. The place where this research was carried out was at Nandini Jungle Resort & Spa, Payangan Gianyar. The time of the study was carried out in November 2020 - July 2021. The total population was 44 people which was also used as a sample so that it used the saturated sample method. Collecting data using observation, interview, documentation, questionnaire. This type of research is correlational research. Then a quantitative analysis was carried out, which included: validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression analysis and classical assumption test using SPSS release 25. Hypothesis test using F test and t test. The results showed that training had a positive and significant effect (p<0.05) on employee performance. Work discipline has a positive and very significant effect (p<0.01) on employee performance. Then, Training and Work Discipline have a positive and very significant effect (p<0.01) on Employee Performance.
