The decline in the tourism sector was due to the policy of non-pharmaceutical interventions in the form of restrictions on activities and tourist trips during the COVID-19 pandemic made the government issuing policies by implementing strict health protocols. Based on the results of the analysis it was found that employee service has a significant effect partially on visitor interest during the COVID-19 pandemic, influential facilities partially significant to visitor interest and employee service and facilities simultaneously had a significant effect on visitor interest during the COVID-19 period.
