Abstract

This study aims to obtain empirical evidence of the influence of corporate social responsibility disclosure onthe reputation of the company and the influence of top management reputation on the company’s reputation. The population of this study is the mining sector companies listed in BEI over the period of 2013-2016. Samples were determined by nonprobability sampling method with purposive sampling technique, obtained 116 observations. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results of the analysis show that corporate social responsibility disclosure positively affects the company’s reputation and reputation of top management positively affects the company’s reputation. The higher the corporate social responsibility disclosure index the better the company’s reputation, the better the reputation of top management reputation leads to better corporate reputation.Keywords: Corporate social responsibility disclosure, top management reputation, corporate reputation

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan bukti empiris pengaruh corporate social responsibility disclosure pada reputasi perusahaan dan pengaruh reputasi manajemen puncak pada reputasi perusahaan. Populasi penelitian ini adalah perusahaan sektor pertambangan yang terdaftar di BEI periode 2013-2016 dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 116 perusahaan yang datanya diperoleh dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari situs resmi BEI. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa corporate social responsibility disclosure berpengaruh positif pada reputasi perusahaan dan reputasi manajemen puncak berpengaruh positif pada reputasi perusahaan. Semakin luas corporate social responsibility disclosure maka reputasi perusahaan semakin baik, semakin tinggi reputasi manajemen puncak maka reputasi perusahaan semakin baik. Abstract

During the pandemic, the government regulates restrictions on activities in public places or facilities. Including buying daily necessities. As a result of this restriction, people make purchases online to buy all household needs as an anticipation and inventory measure. This study aims to determine the effect of brand image and brand awareness on purchasing decisions on consumers who shop online using the Lazada marketplace. The method of collecting data through a google form questionnaire was distributed to 100 respondents to consumers who shop at Lazada. This study found that brand image has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Brand awareness has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Brand image and brand awareness have a simultaneous and positive effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Banjar/Dusun Kiadan saja sedangkan potensi wisata di delapan banjar lainnya belum dikembangkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tahapan daya tarik wisata di Desa Pelaga berdasarkan analisis Tourist Area Life Cycle. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kualitatif. Populasi dan sampel yang digunakan adalah pihak/pakar yang terlibat dalam pengeloaan daya tarik wisata di Desa Pelaga termasuk masyarakat sekitar yang mempunyai peran pada suatu kawasan wisata. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa daya tarik wisata di Desa Pelaga berdasarkan teori Tourist Area Life Cycle, terdapat beberapa daya tarik wisata yang ada di Desa Pelaga, diantaranya adalah Jembatan Tukad Bangkung, Air Terjun Nungnung, Jalur Trekking Perkebunan, Gunung Pucak Mangu, dan Air Terjun Tukad Bangkung. Daya tarik wisata tersebut berada pada posisi tahapan involvement (pelibatan) dan development (pengembangan).

Abstract

Salah satu syarat agar Coffee Shop menjadi sukses dalam persaingan di masa depan adalah berusaha mencapai tujuan dengan menciptakan dan mempertahankan pelanggan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana Pengaruh Produk (X1), Harga (X2) dan Kualitas Layanan (X3) Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian (Y) di Barak Coffee Shop Buleleng. Tempat penelitan di Buleleng, Bali, Indonesia. Waktu penelitian dimulai dari bulan Maret 2021-Agustus 2021. Populasi yang di gunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu masyarakat sekitar Buleleng yang berkunjung ke Barak Coffee Shop. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 50 responden. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian korelasional. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik kuesioner. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis kuantitatif dengan menggunakan bantuan program SPSS versi 25 for windows dengan metode analisis regresi linier berganda, uji t, uji f dan analisis determinasi. Hasil analisis ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial, Produk (X1), Harga (X2) dan Kualitas Layanan (X3) berpengaruh nyata terhadap Keputusan Pembelian (Y). Demikian juga secara simultan X1, X2 dan X3 berpengaruh nyata terhadap Y. One of the conditions for a Coffee Shop to be successful in future competition is to try to achieve its goals by creating and retaining customers. This study aims to determine how the effect of product (X1), price (X2) and service quality (X3) on purchasing decisions (Y) at Barak Coffee Shop Buleleng. Research site in Buleleng, Bali, Indonesia. The time of the study starts from March 2021- August 2021. The population used in this study is the people around Buleleng who visit Barak Coffee Shop. The sample in this study were 50 respondents. The type of research used is co-relational research. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire technique. The analytical technique used is quantitative analysis using SPSS version 25 for windows with multiple linear regression analysis methods, t test, f test and analysis of determination. The results of this analysis show that partially, Product (X1), Price (X2) and Service Quality (X3) have a significant effect on Purchase Decision (Y). Likewise, simultaneously X1, X2 and X3 had a significant effect on Y.

Abstract

The importance of financial statements with business objectives to be ongoing (going concern), the need for complete financial reports is increasing. Good financial management will ultimately make homestays able to compete and maintain their existence in the tourism industry business. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that influence financial statement information on homestay owners in Pelaga Tourism Village. The data used in this study are primary data derived from questionnaires distributed to respondents. The sample in this study were homestay owners in Pelaga Tourism Village as many as 35 respondents. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results research reveals that accounting training, education level, accounting understanding, and the owner's experience has a positive effect on the homestay owner's perception of the financial statements.

Abstract

Bertambah banyaknya jumlah akomodasi penginapan di Kawasan Seminyak menyebabkan terjadinya persaingan yang lebih ketat untuk mendapatkan pelanggan. Oleh sebab itu saat ini para pebisnis akomodasi penginapan gencar untuk meningkatkan segala aspek untuk meningkatkan kepuasan tamu, mulai dari fasilitas hingga kualitas pelayanan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untukmengetahui pengaruh fasilitas dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan tamu di Kusuma Living and Villas. Pengambilan sampel ditentukan dengan menggunakan non probability sampling dan jumlah sampel sebanyak 30 responden berdasarkan teori hair et al. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Data yang telah terkumpul dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda dengan alat bantu SPSS (Statistic Product and Service Solution) versi 26. Hasil dalam penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa dari hasil uji t diketahui bahwa hipotesis variabel bebas yaitu fasilitas berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kepuasan tamu terbukti benar dengan koefisien regresi sebesar 0,325 dan sig 0,000<0,05. Lalu hipotesis kualitas berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kepuasan tamu terbukti benar dengan koefisien regresi sebesar 0,387 dan sig 0,000<0,05. Kemudian dari hasil uji F untuk hipotesis variabel terikat yaitu kepuasan tamu, fasilitas dan kualitas pelayanan secara bersamaan dan simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan tamu di Kusuma Living and Villas terbukti benar dengan F hitung 341.819 dan sig 0,000<0,05. Adapun saran yang dapat diberikan yaitu pada variabel fasilitas sebaiknya ditingkatkan perlengkapan seperti koneksi wi-fi serta kelengkapan amenities, pada variabel kualitas pelayanan diharapkan karyawan meningkatkan wawasan yang dimiliki sehingga informasi yang dibutuhkan oleh tamu dapat terjawab dengan cepat. The increasing number of lodging accommodations in the Seminyak area causes tighter competition to get customers. Therefore, currently lodging accommodation businesses are aggressively improving all aspects to increase guest satisfaction, from facilities to service quality. This study aims to determine the effect of facilities and service quality on guest satisfaction at Kusuma Living and Villas. Sampling was determined using non-probability sampling and the number of samples was 30 respondents based on the theory of Hair et al. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The data that has been collected was analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS (Statistic Product and Service Solution) version 26. The results in this study indicate that from the t test results it is known that the hypothesis of the independent variable, namely facilities, has a significant effect on guest satisfaction. with a regression coefficient of 0.325 and sig 0.000 <0.05. Then the quality hypothesis has a significant effect on guest satisfaction and is proven correct with a regression coefficient of 0.387 and sig 0.000 <0.05. Then from the results of the F test for the hypothesis that the dependent variable, namely guest satisfaction, facilities and service quality simultaneously and simultaneously has a significant effect on guest satisfaction at Kusuma Living and Villas, it is proven correct with F count 341,819 and sig 0.000 <0.05. The suggestions that can be given are that the facilities variable should be improved with equipment such as wi-fi connections and complete amenities, on the service quality variable it is expected that employees will increase their knowledge so that the information needed by guests can be answered quickly.

Abstract

Penelitian ini elemen tempat adalah Hotel The Apurva Kempinski Bali, elemen pelaku yaitu konsumen yang ada di Hotel The Apurva Kempinski Bali, dan elemen aktivitas yaitu konsumen yang sudah pernah menginap di Hotel The Apurva Kempinski Bali. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 100 responden. Metode penentuan sampel menggunakan metode purposive samplingdengan teknik analisis SEM berbasis PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, social media marketing berpengaruh secara positifdan signifikan terhadap repeat purchase, social media marketing berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap brand image,brand image berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap repeat purchase, brand image secara positif dan signifikan mampumemediasi pengaruh social media marketing terhadap repeat purchase.

Abstract

Accounting information provides a reliable basis for making financial decisions related to small business operations, such as market trends, pricing and other decisions. Due to the homestay owner's lack of understanding of the business process in preparing the business financial report, the company's operating funds and personal funds are still separated as one entity, and performance is not properly communicated. The purpose of this training activity is to assist homestay owners in the preparation and preparation of financial reports through training using smartphone enabled applications and to facilitate homestay owners to learn and use financial reporting applications. Training activities for homestay owners of Pelaga Tourist Village will be conducted using methods of lectures, tutorials, discussions and simulations. The training be conducted online using Zoom meetings. 17 homestay owners participated in the training. Survey results showed that 88% of participants were willing to use a digital financial reporting application (in this case his UKM application) to obtain transactions and financial reports for each host family . Only 16% of participants had knowledge of 'UKM' prior to the training. Additionally, activity participants were also able to use her UKM application to prepare financial reports, as all participants attempted to make and enter financial transactions on her “UKM” application.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kualitas dari donat berbahan campuran tepung biji bunga matahari yang dinilai dari kualitas rasa, aroma, tekstur, dan tampilan sehingga masyarakat dapat memanfaatkan biji bunga matahari agar bisa dijadikan inovasi terbaru yang dinilai dari segi rasa, aroma, tekstur, tampilan, daya tahan, biaya produksi dan hasil minat konsumen pada donat berbahan campuran tepung biji bunga matahari. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis data deskriptif berbasis organoleptic dimana melakukan proses percobaan atau trial terlebih dahulu agar menghasilkan sebuah produk yang layak dikonsumsi masyarakat, lalu membagikan kuisioner yang dibagikan kepada 15 orang panelis yang terdiri dari staff kitchen Amnaya Resort Kuta, mahasiswa/I IPB Internasional dan masyarakat sekitar. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa donat berbahan campuran tepung biji bunga matahari memiliki rasa yang enak, aroma cukup sedap, tekstur yang lembut dan memiliki tampilan warna yang menarik. Lalu uji daya tahan dapat disimpulkan bahwa donat berbahan campuran tepung biji bunga matahari dapat bertahan selama 2 hari di suhu ruangan. Biaya produksi dalam pembuatan donat berbahan campuran tepung biji bunga matahari ini menghabiskan biaya sebesar Rp. 79.328,- dan dari hasil kuisioner minat konsumen menunjukan bahwa 13 dari 15 partisipan berminat untuk membeli donat berbahan campuran tepung biji bunga matahari ini jika dijual di pasaran. The purpose of this study was to determine the quality of donuts made from a mixture of sun flower seed flour assessed from the quality of taste, aroma, texture, and appearance so that people can use sunflower seeds so that they can be used as the latest innovations judged in terms of taste, aroma, texture, appearance, durability, production cost and results of consumer interest in donuts made form a mixture of sunflower seed flour. This study uses an organoleptic based descriptive data analysis technique which conducts a trial process first in order to produce a product that is suitable for public consumption, then distributes questionnaires which are distributed to 15 panelists consisting of Amnaya Resort Kuta Kitchen staff, students/I IPB International and local communities. The results of this study indicate that donuts made from a mixture of sunflower seed flour have a good taste, quite delicious aroma, soft texture and have an attractive color appearance. Then the durability test can be conclude that donuts made from mixed sunflower seed flour can last for 2 days at room temperature. The production cost in making donuts made from a mixture of sunflower seed flour cost Rp.79.328,- and the results of the consumer interest questionnaire showed that 13 out of 15 participants were interested in buying donuts made from a mixture of sunflower seed flour if they were sold in the market.
