Abstract

Performance is the result of work that has a strong relationship with the organization's strategic objectives, customer satisfaction, and contributes to the economy. Basically, good performance is performance that follows the procedures or procedures according to established standards. Good employee performance will directly affect the performance of the institution, and to improve employee performance is certainly a time-consuming and long process. The performance of civil servants is an issue that is quite interesting to discuss, because it will be very useful for law enforcement which is also beneficial for the interests of individuals, society, the nation and the state. The roles and functions are clear that civil servants are very important. However, not all of these employees perform their roles and functions properly. Many employees work at their own pace, not paying attention to the results of their work. To create a good, professional and authoritative government, the influence of good civil servant performance will create a safe and comfortable atmosphere because the law is really made the commander. The Regional Asset Sector has the task of planning, coordinating, fostering, supervising and controlling and evaluating the asset administration sector, asset security sector and asset valuation sector.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the efforts to develop e-government and improve public services in Bima Regency. This study used descriptive qualitative method. The subjects of this study were selected through a nonprobability sampling technique, using a purposive sampling technique. The informants in this study were 20 web admins of the Regional War Work Unit/OPD of the Regional Government of Bima Regency. Data collection techniques consist of observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study show that support for the implementation of e-government in public services in Bima Regency has been provided, although it is not optimal, this is due to different budget allocations in each Regional War Work Unit/OPD. On the capability side, in general the literacy level of Bima Regency Government employees is still low, especially senior employees. Meanwhile, on the value side, e-government managers already understand the benefits and importance of information technology applications in public services. In order for the implementation of e-government to run optimally, it is necessary to make a clear legal umbrella and make a grand design for the development of e-government including preparing the budget. Regarding employees with low literacy, it is necessary to plan continuous Information Technology training and in the future the Bima district government must plan to recruit employees with an educational background in information technology.

Abstract

In order to support the smooth teaching and learning process at the State Junior High School (SMP) 1 Lambu, Bima Regency, a department that supports these activities is needed, namely administration. Administration is a part of the school that functions as a supporter of teaching and learning activities that take place at the Junior High School (SMP) Negeri 1 Lambu, Bima Regency so that it runs smoothly according to what has been planned and can be achieved as desired. With the development of the era which is now better known as the era of globalization, the administrative function must be able to improve its quality regarding technology, especially information technology or better known as the computerized era.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to evaluate the public services available at the Bima Regency Environmental Service in waste management at the Final Disposal Site (TPA). In this study, researchers used descriptive research with a qualitative approach. While the location of this research was carried out at the Bima Regency Environmental Service. The types and sources of data in this study are primary data and secondary data. The results of this study indicate that the quality of public services at the Environmental Service is optimal, although it is still hindered by several obstacles related to waste management. The supporting factors such as the performance of employees in providing services, as well as inhibiting factors such as the geographical location of the Bima Regency area, and the lack of availability of land, lack of communication from the Office related to the community, lack of outreach to the community. It can be interpreted that the Quality of Public Services at the Environmental Office for Waste Management at the TPA is maximal enough in providing its services.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk emngetahui Kerjasama dimulai dengan rencana pembangunan di Desa Nggelu, Konsep Pemerintah Kolaboratif Basis alternative dianggap mampu. Kerjasama dalam sebuah proses ini melibatkan berbagai pemangku kepentingan. Bagaimana mengkonstruksi atau menciptakan mekanisme pemerintahan yang mampu memenuhi misimya mewujudkan masyarakat sejahtera yang dalam proses penyelenggaraan pemerintahan desa. Pembangunan harus berlandaskan hati masyarakat, dan memberikan pelayanan sebaik-baiknya. Pemerintah Desa dalam pelaksanaan pembangunan hanyalah sebagai legalisator dan penyuplai dana ke panitia pembangunan. Beliau menambahkan, selain itu Pemerintah Desa hanya berperan sebagai pemantau apakah pembangunan sesuai dengan perencanaan atau tidak. Selain sebagai penyuplai dana, Pemerintah Desa juga berperan sebagai pembina. Selain mengkoordinir usulan warga, pemerintah desa juga berperan untuk menyeleksi usulan mana yang perlu dan tidak perlu. Pemerintah desa melakukan survei agar dalam penentuan skala prioritas nantinya dapat dijadikan pertimbangan usulan dari warga mana yang diutamakan. usulan perencanaan pembangunan datang dari masyarakat
