Abstract

This writing aims to describe the Implementation of the Fleet Management System at PT Reisal Trans Mandiri. The problems that exist at PT Reisal Trans Mandiri in making maintenance reports on cars are still fairly manual, not fully computerized, which still uses Microsoft Excel so that it is very risky to lose important data. The report takes a long time so that it can slow down the monitoring activities of truck and driver utilization. The method used is the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) method because car maintenance is related to business performance on customers at PT Reisal Trans Mandiri, especially in various decision-making in the company, which is why it is important to manage information in an integrated manner in every company. With this application-based system, the problems that exist at PT Reisal Trans Mandiri can be resolved effectively and efficiently and the cars at PT Reisal Trans Mandiri are well utilized so that the company's reputation becomes better in the eyes of customers.The application of fleet management in the business world is widely used to support the smooth running of the company's business. The result of this research is the use of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) method which makes it easy for customers to find out the availability of cars and car maintenance schedules.
