Abstract

Image (good image) is a valuable asset to a company for participating into the carrying capacity in the face of increasingly fierce competition in this era of globalization. So it becomes a moral obligation and operations to build a good image of the company that is one of the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). This requires a strategic role of public relations in order to carry out CSR activities are on target and provide the benefit that aims to empower the community or the community at large. The strategic role of public relations is expected to be a strategic tool for management to achieve its goals. This paper attempts to analyze the descriptive CSR activities that have been carried out by two national companies / multinational in Indonesia and one government-owned enterprises are not just mere charity but aims to empower the people of Indonesia. With the intention of reviewing the CSR program that truly provide benefit to the independence of program beneficiaries, not become dependent, and not merely interpreted deeds alone company. So that later people perceive right to CSR which is a form of actualization of corporate responsibility and communication between the company and the public. Among prorgam CSR conducted by Telkomsel, Sinar Mas, and the Bank by making strategic empowerment activities with a primary focus on education and training, sports, health, agriculture, infrastructure, social, cultural, environmental maintenance, local business development, partnerships and small businesses. All the CSR program aimed at the development of human resources and better adapted to the real needs (real need) community.

Abstract

Praktik konsumsi dalam ranah pemikiran postmodernisme menjadi bahan kajian yang perlu diperhatikan. Haryanto Soedjatmiko mengkaji beberapa persoalan konsumsi dalam bukunya “Saya Berbelanja, maka Saya Ada: Ketika Konsumsi dan Desain Menjadi Gaya Hidup Konsumeris”. Ia membagi perilaku konsumsi ke dalam tiga periode, yaitu periode klasik, kemunculan sosiologi konsumsi, dan periode postmodernis. Saya menggunakan perspektif budaya konsumen dalam mengamati praktik konsumsi jilbab syar’i dan cadar di kalangan perempuan Salafi karena mengaitkannya dengan persoalan identitas. Jilbab syar’i dan cadar dianggap masyarakat sebagai penanda identitas yang paling mencolok dari kelompok Salafi di antara beragam varian gaya berhijab yang ada di Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui alasan-alasan di balik kegiatan konsumsi jilbab syar’i dan cadar di kalangan perempuan Salafi. Oleh karena itu, digunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode wawancara mendalam kepada pengasuh pondok pesantren Salafi di kota Kediri, yaitu Pondok Pesantren Imam Muslim Al-Atsary dan ketujuh perempuan yang menyatakan diri sebagai Salafiyah. Hasil analisis deskriptif menunjukkan praktik konsumsi jilbab syar’i dan cadar yang dilakukan oleh ketujuh informan bermula karena alasan fungsi atau nilai guna, yaitu beribadah, mengikuti Rasulullah, penghormatan diri, keamanan, perlindungan, dan kenyamanan. Konsumsi nilai guna ini berdasarkan pengamatan lebih lanjut telah memunculkan nilai tanda yang mengarah pada konsumsi tanda-tanda, seperti ketaatan, ketaqwaan, kesalehan, ketundukan, dan kepatuhan.

Abstract

Abstract— The Covid-19 pandemic that occurred in Indonesia made many changes in various sectors. The education sector is no exception, which is forced to change the learning system, which was originally face-to-face in schools, must be replaced with an online learning system. Even though technological developments have progressed, in reality the mastery of information and communication technology has not been mastered properly. Those who are involved in online learning also feel that they have not been able to implement it optimally. There are many obstacles and difficulties experienced by educators, students, and parents when implementing online learning. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic in in Beji Hamlet, Sawiji Village, Jogoroto District, Jombang Regency. The result is that learning with online media is possible to be effective for students who are in areas where internet access is smooth, the facilities and infrastructure are supportive, and are not technologically illiterate. Keywords—: Effectiveness; Online Learning; Covid-19 Pandemic.
