Abstract

Abstrak Tuntutan masyarakat terhadap mutu pelayanan telah dijamin oleh Menteri Kesehatan RIdalam peraturan Menteri Kesehatan RI nomor 741/MENKES/PER/VII/2008. Rumah sakit merupakanpelayanan publik yang harus terus-menerus ditingkatkan pelayanannya sampai menuju pelayanan prima, yaitupelayanan yang customer oriented atau customer focus. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui hubunganantara mutu pelayanan kesehatan dan komunikasi terapeutik dengan minat kunjungan kembali pasien dipoliklinik penyakit dalam RSUD Panglima Sebaya Kabupaten Paser. Metode penelitian yang digunakanadalah observasional analitik dengan pendekatan cross-sectional. Instrumen penelitian ini adalah alat bantukuesioner. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan uji statistik dengan rumus chi square. Hasil penelitianmenunjukan bahwa ada hubungan komunikasi terapeutik dengan minat kunjung kembali (p-value=0,013) dantidak ada hubungan antara mutu pelayanan kesehatan dengan minat kunjung kembali pasien di poliklinikpenyakit dalam RSUD Panglima Sebaya Kabupaten Paser (p-value=0,837). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian inidiharapkan pihak RSUD Panglima Sebaya Kabupaten Paser untuk meningkatkan mutu pelayanankesehatan yang diberikan dan meningkatkan keterampilan komunikasi terapeutik sehingga dapat meningkatkanminat kunjung kembali pasien. Kata-kata kunci: Mutu pelayanan, komunikasi terapeutik, minat kunjung kembali. Abstract Public demand for service quality has been guaranteed by the Minister of Health, the Minister ofHealth regulation number 741/Menkes/Per/VII/2008. The hospital is a public service which must beconstantly improved its service until towards service excellence, namely customer service or customeroriented focus. This study aims to determine the relationship between the quality of health care and therapeuticcommunication with interest return visit patients in clinic diseases in Hospital Peer Commander Paser. Themethod used is analytic observational study with cross sectional approach. The instrument used in this studywas a questionnaire tool. The data obtained were analyzed by chi- square statistic formula. The resultsshowed that there is a relationship of therapeutic communication with interest go back (p-value=0.013)and there was no correlation between the quality of health services with interests go back patients in clinicdiseases in Hospital Peer Paser Commander (p-value=0.837). Based on the results of this study are expectedto the hospitals Commander Peer Paser to increase quality of health services provided and improvingtherapeutic communication skills so as to increase the interest of the patient go back.Keywords: quality of care, therapeutic communication, interests go back

Abstract

Abstract The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of work motivation, work environment and leadership style on employee job satisfaction at the Paser Regency Environmental Service. The design in this research is quantitative descriptive research. The research population was all employees at the Paser Regency Environmental Service, totaling 156 people. The sampling technique in this research used a purposive sampling technique. The sample chosen for this research was all 82 employees with State Civil Apparatus status. In this research, the research instrument used was a questionnaire. The results of data analysis explain that the influence of the work motivation variable on the job satisfaction variable is 0.183, the influence of the work environment variable on the job satisfaction variable is 0.434, and the influence of the leadership style variable on the job satisfaction variable is 0.331. This shows that work motivation, work environment and leadership style have a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. It is hoped that leaders can pay attention to employee incentives, make improvements to existing buildings, and build active communication with employees.
