<![CDATA[Abstrak. The purpose of this study is to identify the impact of the existence of the Pineapple Processing Industry, analyze the impact that is formed, and the magnitude of the value of the existing impact. The research method used in this study uses primary and secondary data. The analysis tools used are income analysis, replacement cost, and cost of illness. The results showed that the pineapple processing industry had a positive impact on its economic and social aspects. The impact from the economic side is in the form of increasing people's income, helping to increase Central Lampung's GRDP, employment, opening new business opportunities in the community. The impact from the social side is in the form of improving the quality of human resources, many public facilities are built such as health clinics, educational facilities, and places of worship. Abstrak. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi dampak dari adanya Industri Pengolahan Nanas, menganalisis dampak yang terbentuk, serta besaran nilai dari dampak yang ada. Metode Penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dan sekunder. Alat analisis yang digunakan yaitu analisis pendapatan, replacement cost, dan cost of illness. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa industri pengolahan nanas memberikan dampak positif terhadap aspek ekonomi dan sosialnya. Dampak dari sisi ekonomi berupa peningkatan pendapatan masyarakat, membantu dalam peningkatan PDRB Lampung Tengah, penyerapan tenaga kerja, membuka peluang usaha baru di tengah masyarakat.
