Abstract

Disiplin preventif, lingkungan kerja, dan beban kerja dapat mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengukur pengaruh disiplin preventif, lingkungan kerja, dan beban kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai Sekretariat Utama Badan Kepegawaian Negara. Penelitian menggunakan 100 pegawai Sekretariat Utama Badan Kepegawaian Negara sebagai responden yang diminta mengisi kuesioner. Analisis terhadap data menggunakan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif melalui regresi linier ganda. Hasil penelitian memberikan bukti bahwa disiplin preventif,  lingkungan  kerja dan beban kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pegawai.Preventive discipline, work environment, and workload can affect employee performance. The purpose of this study is to measure the influence of preventive discipline, work environment, and workload on the performance of employees of the Main Secretariat of the State Civil Service Agency. The study used 100 employees of the Main Secretariat of the State Civil Service Agency as respondents who were asked to fill out questionnaires. Analysis of the data using quantitative descriptive analysis through multiple linear regression. The results provide evidence that preventive discipline, work environment and workload have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
