The purpose of this research is to overcome cases of low science learning outcomes at grade V SDN 1 Japan, Ponorogo Regency. The trigger for this case is the model and procedure used by class teachers are not friendly to students, because most of the learning still uses the lecture method, as a result the teacher is more enthusiastic than the students. This research is a type of classroom action research and is carried out in two learning sessions with four stages. Research techniques in collecting information are obtained from interviews, observation, tests, and documentation. Based on the results of the study, it was possible to obtain control results for classical student learning test scores in the previous period of 43.75%, increasing to 56.25% in the first session and at the end of the second session also increasing to 81.25%. This matter can be sure if the application of the PBL model assisted by wordwall media can help level the results of science learning test scores at Class V SDN 1 Japan, Ponorogo Regency.
