<![CDATA[Abstract: This research is a qualitative descriptive study which aims to determine the understanding of teacher education for early childhood education students as prospective early childhood teachers regarding learning methods that can be used in early childhood education. The data collection technique used in this research was a Google Form-based questionnaire. Respondents in this research were teacher education for early childhood education students in semesters one, three, five and seven. The data analysis technique is by using descriptive analysis, drawing conclusions from docs.google.com which will directly obtain answers. The results obtained from this research are that almost all teacher education for early childhood education students understand the learning methods that can be applied in early childhood education and almost all students have been taught using several methods, there are only a few students who do not understand learning methods, namely new students.Keywords: preteacher early childhood education, learning methods, understandingAbstrak: penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui pemahaman mahasiswa PG-PAUD sebagai calon guru paud terhadap metode pembelajaran yang dapat digunakan di PAUD. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan angket berbasis google form. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa PG-PAUD semester satu, tiga, lima dan tujuh. Teknik analisis data yaitu dengan menggunakan analisis deskriptif, menarik kesimpulan dari docs.google.com yang akan secara langsung memperoleh jawaban. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa PG-PAUD hampir secara keseluruhan telah memahami metode pembelajaran yang dapat diterapkan di PAUD dan hampir semua mahasiswa sudah pernah mengajar dengan beberapa metode, hanya ada beberapa mahasiswa yang belum memahami metode pembelajaran yaitu mahasiswa baru.Kata Kunci: calon guru PAUD, Metode pembelajaran, pemahaman]]>
