Abstract

Unsupervised data is a data type that will be encountered a lot in real-world problems. Example of unsupervised data is data about the condition of a region basedon geographic or demographic information. Unsupervised methods that have beentested and studied are clustering methods.The combination of the clustering algorithm has been well studied. Thecombined algorithm that has been implemented is Self Organizing Map (SOM) and KMeans algorithm where K-Means algorithm is used to clarify the visualization result of SOM algorithm. That combined algorithm is implemented on a dataset of humanresource information from 33 provinces in Indonesia with evaluation of clustering experiments using the silhouette algorithm. From the experiment results, it can be seenthat the provinces in Indonesia can be grouped based on information owned human resources.

Abstract

In a university, the academic process becomes one of the processes that need to be a major concern. The academic process need to run smoothly. Unfortunately, the academic process in the university of Sahid Surakarta is often hampered because the students have difficulties in taking the study plan card. Students must take the study plan card manually. Therefore, an academic information system is required that the study plan card can be accessed online by the students.The academic information system is a complex system. Object-oriented design becomes the most suitable method for this system. The system can be divided into subsystems. UML is selected as a modeling language. There will be three diagrams used to describe this system. They are use case diagram, activity diagram, and class diagram. Finally, this paper aims to design academic information system based on object-oriented approach using unified modelling language in the university of Sahid Surakarta.

Abstract

RSUD Surakarta is a government institution that is engaged in health sector as a regional general hospital. Previously, RSUD Surakarta already have an applicationsystem such as Inpatient System and Outpatient System. RSUD Surakarta also has a centralized system from the Government of Surakarta City that is AttendanceSystem.However RSUD Surakarta is still a new institution, therefore many application systems are still run manually. One of them is Civil Servant Information System. Forinformation problems, should always keep pace with the latest technological developments. The presentation of interesting information is needed to capture theinterest of the public in obtaining information. especially regarding the issue in question. The research method used is observation, interview, and documentation method. Analyst tools used are DFD, Flowchart System, Flowchart Program and ContextDiagram. The result of this research is a web-based civil service information system located in RSUD Surakarta as processing and controlling employee data andinformation media.

Abstract

Sahid Surakarta University has about 950 students and 66 lecturers in 2017, of hich the number is relatively large compared to the number of staff employees. TheUniversity of Sahid Surakarta also does not have a computerized study plan card system in 2017. Web Based Study Card Study Information System with codeigniter framework at the University of Sahid Surakarta is an information system that provides data processing academic schedule, Study Plan Card (Kartu Rencana Studi) and Result Study Card (Kartu Hasil Study) student registration. The final result of this final project is Study Plan Card Information System Sahid Surakarta University which can be used as computerized system to support the administrative process of university employees in processing schedule data, Study Plan Card, Study Result Card, and as media ofinformation summary for university leader.

Abstract

The optimal management of regional property has become a basic requirement for local governments in realizing good governance. Official vehicles as one part of regional property have a significant function. However, the process of managing official vehicles in regional organizations of Salatiga government is still not optimal. For example, the frequency of vehicle maintenance schedules are missed and vehicle tax payments are due. The change of official vehicle users also often occurs and it will be a problem if the process is not recorded properly. This study aims to design an applications in supporting regional organizations at Salatiga government for managing data and presenting information related to official vehicles. This study used the Linear Sequential Model / Waterfall Model. The data collection covered observation, interviews and literature study. The application wasmade in the form of a desktop application using the Node.js platform and it is based on javascript and utilizes the electron framework. The database used SQLite. Analysis and design of the system used a structured method through the stages of making normalization, relations between tables, entity relationship diagrams, data dictionaries, data flow diagrams, flowcharts, and interface design. The resulting application is tested using the blackbox testing method. The analysis of test results shows that the application is functioning normally according to the expected results. The main function of managing data on the use and maintenance of official vehicles has been successful through all the test scenarios conducted.
