Abstract

In an institution of education existence head of school is one _ aspect important, in addition to teachers, staff employees, facilities and infrastructure, and others. The head school must be capable affect other people and the environment around including the environment school. Study This aim To know How application function management increases the quality of graduates at SMPI Yaqin 01 Montong Batu Bawi because quality growing education from year to year proven with many amount participant pupils and students continuing graduates _ his school by guidance received from SMPI Yaqin 01 Montong Batu Bawi. Study This uses an approach qualitative descriptive. technique data collection used in the study This is interview, observation, and documentation with subject study Head schools, teachers, and students nor society. Abstract

Study This aims to know the service strategy of tourism to increase interest in visiting tourists in Tete Batu Village, East Lombok. Service strategy Tourism Lombok East plays a big role as a motivator, facilitator, and dynamist in realizing the enhancement of visiting tourists as well as the welfare of the community in Tete Batu village. So from Thus the department's strategy for tourism is immediately optimal and deep For building a society capable of making Tete Batu become a tourist world. The type of research carried out is study qualitative with a approach descriptive where is the data obtained? through observation, interviews, and documentation. As for the informants in the study, this is one of the heads and secretary service East Lombok tourism, field marketing prawisata, head of Tete Batu Village, chairman pokdarwis, and perpetrators of business Tete Batu Village tour. Research results show that service strategy tourism increases amount tourists. Pre-tourism department do strategy marketing where marketing strategy Has various method including online media promotions, events, exhibitions, banners, and brochures. Abstract

Classroom management is all the teacher's activities in the classroom to create and maintain optimal classroom conditions for the teaching and learning process to occur to increase student interest in learning. However, the homeroom teacher at MTs Mamba'ul Barokah NW when the teaching and learning process in the class did not carry out class management properly which caused a lack of interest in student learning. The purpose of the research in this thesis is to find out the classroom management strategy in increasing student interest in learning, the implementation of class management in increasing student learning interest, and the constraints and efforts of class management in increasing student learning interest. The type of research used in this study was qualitative research in descriptive form, the subjects in this study were homeroom teachers and class VII students. Data collection techniques namely observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study show that: 1) The classroom management strategy in increasing student interest in learning is by carefully preparing all learning tools in the form of lesson plans using various learning methods and bringing students into the real world so that learning becomes fun and not boring. 2) The implementation of classroom management in increasing student interest in learning is that the teacher uses a variety of teaching methods and continues to develop learning models that are appropriate and ready to help students so that student learning interest increases and maximum learning results are achieved. 3) Obstacles and classroom management efforts in increasing student interest in learning are during the last hour of learning and when the subject matter is considered difficult by students, as well as constraints in terms of limited media provision, this causes student learning interest to decrease.
