Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami pengaruh tentang perputaran modal kerja, omzet penjualan, dan laba usaha pada UMKM Saesnack WangKong di Kabupaten Karawang. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan rancangan analisis menggunakan deskriptif verifikatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah keseluruhan data laporan keuangan Saesnack WangKong. Sampel dalam penelitian ini yakni laporan keuangan Saesnack WangKong dari tahun 2020 sampai dengan 2022. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) perputaran modal kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap laba usaha dibuktikan dengan Sig. sebesar 0,444 > 0,05 atau t hitung -0, 775 < 2,032 (2) omzet penjualan berpengaruh terhadap laba usaha dibuktikan dengan nilai Sig. 0,000 < 0,05 atau t hitung 9,020 < 1,672 (3) perputaran modal kerja dan omzet penjualan secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap laba usaha dibuktikan dengan Sig. 0,000 F tabel 3,28. Untuk nilai determinasi dihasilkan R square 0, 787 atau 78,7% sisanya 21,3% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti. Kata Kunci: perputaran modal kerja, omzet penjualan, laba usaha

Abstract

With the increasing growth conditions of food companies, it is important for companies to set appropriate prices to be able to compete with other companies. Therefore, the calculation of product prices must be done correctly and precisely to get maximum profit. Likewise by the malarat cracker factory in Karawang, which currently still uses estimates in determining the cost of goods produced. This study aims to attain an understanding of comprehensive production cost computation through the implementation of the full costing method. The data employed in this research emanates from corporate information acquired through data collection processes and document analysis. The employed method of data analysis is characterized as quantitative-descriptive. The outcomes of the study reveal the existence of disparities in the production cost estimates formulated by the company through the utilization of the full costing method. This circumstance arises due to the company's calculations failing to encompass the entirety of cost factors utilized within the company's operations. Abstract

Purpose of the study — This research aims to explain the factors behind employee turnover intention at PT. Anugrah Rekanan Abadi Partner J&T Express. Research method— The study employs a qualitative method, utilizing interviews, observation, and documentation, while verifying data validity through data triangulation. Informants include leadership and employees selected through purposive sampling. Result— The findings indicate that the factors influencing employee turnover intention at PT. Anugrah Rekanan Abadi Partner J&T Express are primarily economic factors and demographic factors. Conclusion— To address these issues, the company should consider reviewing the wage structure, providing clearer career development opportunities, and supporting education for young employees to foster a more stable work environment and reduce turnover intention.
