Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of work experience, gender, wages, and age on labor productivity in the convection industry in the city of Bima. This type of research is descriptive quantitative. Tests were carried out on 78 respondents spread across five sub-districts in Bima City, namely, Asakota District, West Rasanae District, Mpunda District, Raba District, and East Rasanae District. The data used is primary data. With data collection techniques is documentation. The data analysis method uses multiple linear regression using the SPSS analysis tool. The results of the analysis show that the variables Work Experience, Gender, Wages, and Age simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on labor productivity in the convection industry in Bima City. Individually (partially), the variables of Work Experience and Wages in the convection industry in Bima City have a positive and significant effect on labor productivity, while the variables of gender and age have a negative and insignificant effect on labor productivity in the convection industry in Bima City.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Budaya Kerja, Disiplin Kerja dan Motivasi Kerja terhadap Kinerja pegawai Sekretariat Daerah Kota Mataram secara parsial dan simultan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai Sekretariat Daerah Kota Mataram. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 59 pegawai. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara, dokumentasi dan menyebarkan kuesioner yang berisi pertanyaan tentang budaya kerja, disiplin kerja, motivasi kerja dan kinerja pegawai. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah Analisis Regresi Linier Berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan dari variabel budaya kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai, terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan dari variabel disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai dan terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan dari variabel motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai. Sedangkan secara simultan budaya kerja, disiplin kerja dan motivasi kerja secara Bersama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifkan terhadap kinerja pegawai Sekretariat Daerah Kota Mataram.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze theeffect of economic growth, domestic investment and provincial minimum wages on employment in West Nusa Tenggara Province in 2018-2021 partially and simultaneously. The type of research used is quantitative descriptive research with the analysis technique used is panel data regression with the Eviews 10 application. After the test was carried out, the results obtained were that partial economic growth had a positive and insignificant effect on labor absorption, domestic investment had a negative and insignificant effect on labor absorption and the provincial minimum wage had a positive and significant effect on labor absorption. Meanwhile, simultaneously the three variables have a positive and significant influence on labor absorption in West Nusa Tenggara Province in 2018-2021. Abstract

This study aims to analyse the effect of entrepreneurial characteristics on performance in Aren Sugar micro, small and medium enterprises in North Lombok Regency. This research variable consists of 5 (five) independent variables, namely Self-Confidence (X1), Dare to Take Risks (X2), Commitment (X3), Work Ethic (X4) and Independence (X5) and 1 (one) dependent variable, namely Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Performance (Y). The sample in this study were Aren Sugar business actors in the North Lombok Regency Region totalling 33 people. Using multiple linear regression analysis, the results showed that partially only the variables of Commitment and Independence had a significant influence on the performance of Aren Sugar MSMEs in North Lombok Regency as indicated by a p-value of 0.0128 and 0.0046 respectively. Meanwhile, the variables of Confidence, Dare to Take Risks, and Work Ethic do not have a significant effect on the performance of Aren Sugar MSMEs in North Lombok Regency. Based on the results of the F test, all variables together have a significant effect on the performance of MSMEs.
