Abstract

Nephropathy diabetic is a microvascular complication of diabetes, which can lead to end-stage renal disease (ESRD) in both type 1 and type 2 diabetes mellitus. Management of hypertension in ND significantly contributes reducing effect of cardiovascular morbidity and mortality, as well as inhibiting the development of kidney damage. This study was an analytical observational study with prospective and retrospective cohort design using comparative study between amlodipine, the combination of amlodipine valsartan and the combination of amlodipine telmisartan in ND at Dr. Wahidin Sudirohusodo Hospital, Makassar which aimed to obtain a comparison of treatment effectiveness. Treatment’s effectivity was measured based on the average decrease in blood pressure while the quality of life in cost utility analysis was measured by the Short Form-36 (SF-36). Sampling was done by purposive sampling technique and obtained 62 samples. The results showed that the combination amlodipine valsartan had better effectiveness than using amlodipine-valsartan and amlodipine alone in reducing systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure for nephropathy diabetic. Abstract

Stability Test of Preparation Lotion extract Sawi Langit (Vernonia cinerea (L) Less) herbal with stearyl Alcohol as an emulsifier. The purpose of this study was to determine the ability of stearyl alcohol as an emulsifier in the preparation of lotion extract Sawi langit herba as well as to determine the level of stability of the preparation. The lotion is formulated with a variety of emulsifier stearyl alcohol concentrations of 1% b/b, 3% b/b, and 5% b/b. Evaluation lotion was conducted for 2 weeks include: organoleptic preparations have colors, shapes, and smells of stable, power of dispersive at concentration 1% b/b and 3% b/b qualify the power of dispersive preparation lotion is 7cm-14cm, the pH value of 50C storage stable and 250C storage stable at concentration of 1% b/b and 3% b/b because it has suitable pH of the skin 4.5-6.5 and pH of good lotion is 4.5-8.0. Abstract

Masa remaja merupakan masa dimana terjadi perkembangan fisik, emosional dan kognitif atau pemikiran. Remaja akan melakukan penilaian terhadap perubahan atau perkembangan fisik berdasarkan pemikirannnya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran body image pada remaja putri usia 13 – 17 tahun. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh remaja putri siswa MTS DDI Lapeo, Polewali Mandar, Sulawesi Barat, usia 13 – 17 tahun dengan besar sampel 52 orang. Kuesioner yang digunakan untuk mengetahui body image diadaptasi dari Multidimensional Body-Self Relations Questionnaire-Appearance Scales (MBSRQ-AS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 61,5% remaja putri yang bersekolah di MTs DDI Lapeo memiliki body image yang rendah (negatif). Hal ini dapat dipengaruhi oleh usia responden yang masih remaja, dan indeks massa tubuh yang mempengaruhi persepsi dan tingkat kepercayaan diri dari responden. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut perlu adanya edukasi dan pemberian informasi kepada siswa khusnya remaja putri agar dapat meningkatkan persepsi positip remaja yang masih kurang terhadap penerimaan diri yang dilihat drai body image.
