Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of motivation, discipline, and work loyalty on the performance of nursing staff at Muhammadiyah Palembang Hospital. The effect of motivation on performance, the effect of discipline on performance, and the effect of work loyalty on the performance of nursing staff at Muhammadiyah Palembang Hospital. This type of research is quantitative descriptive and verification. The data source used in this study was the nursing staff of Muhammadiyah Palembang Hospital. Based on the research objectives, the method used in this study is a data analysis technique using multiple linear regression analysis. This analysis was used to measure the influence of the independent variables, namely motivation, discipline, and loyalty on the dependent variable, namely the performance of 112 nursing staff at Muhammadiyah Palembang Hospital. The results of this study indicate that motivation, discipline, and loyalty together have a significant positive effect on the performance of nursing staff at Muhammadiyah Palembang Hospital. Motivation has a significant positive effect on the performance of nursing staff at Muhammadiyah Palembang Hospital. Discipline has a significant positive effect on the performance of nursing staff at Muhammadiyah Palembang Hospital. Loyalty has a significant effect on the performance of nursing staff at Muhammadiyah Palembang Hospital.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of organizational culture, motivation, and leadership on the performance of Palembang High Court employees. To determine the effect of organizational culture on the performance. To determine the effect of motivation on the performance and the influence of leadership on the performance. This type of research is associative. The sample in this study was 155 respondents with a technique in collecting samples using the cluster random sampling technique. The data used in this study are primary, namely the number of respondents, agency profiles, and secondary data collection methods, namely the questionnaire. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The study results show that: (1) There is a positive and significant influence of organizational culture, motivation, and leadership on the performance of Palembang High Court employees. (2) Organizational culture has a positive and significant influence on performance. (3) Motivation has a positive and significant effect on the. (4) There is no positive and significant influence of organizational culture, motivation, and leadership on the performance of Palembang High Court employees. Abstract

This study aims to determine whether placement, work environment, and job satisfaction affect the performance of District Court employees in South Sumatra. The type of research is associative-causality quantitative. The sample in this study were civil servants at the Palembang District Court, Pangkalan Balai, Kayuagung, Sekayu, and Baturaja, with a total of 114 people. The study uses primary data and secondary data. The results of simultaneous hypothesis testing show that simultaneous placement, work environment, and job satisfaction significantly influence the performance of South Sumatra District Court employees. The results of testing the hypothesis partially show that placement does not significantly influence the performance of District Courts South Sumatra employees. The results of testing the hypothesis show that the work environment significantly influences the performance of employees of the District Courts in South Sumatra. The results of testing the hypothesis show that job satisfaction significantly influences the performance of employees of the District Courts in South Sumatra
