Abstract

Every human being has transportation needs for various different purposes, in land transportation we can see that the types of vehicles used to support each person's activities according to their purpose are public transportation, buses and trucks and there are still other types of vehicles so that the government through the relevant agencies carry out a driver's license test to determine whether the vehicle can be operated or not, as well as to protect against accidents that will occur and provide a sense of security when using the vehicle. Apart from that, the factors causing the low number of public transport driver tests at the Mimika Regency Transportation Service were carried out using descriptive, qualitative and quantitative methods, then the technique used to collect data was by using questionnaires and documentation to explain the structure of the relationship between many variables in the form of factors or latent variables. and to test the validity, the CFA (confirmatory factor analysis) formula is used so that it is known that the factors that have a contribution and have a strong relationship to the cause of low public transport KI testing at the Mimika Regency Transportation Service.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the causes of non-operation of public transport in the city and to determine the feasibility of public transport route A in Mimika Regency. The method used is descriptive method. The type of data used was qualitative data, and data from 3 informants were used, namely the transportation service, drivers and the community. This analysis tool uses the source triangulation method. The results of the analysis are that the causes of public transportation not operating are due to people's interest in using public transportation, the availability of public transportation vehicles and public transportation facilities and infrastructure. The feasibility of public transport route A is still worth maintaining due to new regulations and updates to public transport conditions. The hope of this research is that the existence of government programs for public transportation can increase the interest of urban public transportation users in Mimika Regency.

Abstract

The potential to increase Regional Original Income by drafting regulations relating to regional levies, namely regulations regarding terminal levy rates and conducting studies to find out how much terminal levies contribute to Regional Original Income as well as carrying out trend analysis to predict how many years to come. The research was conducted using qualitative and quantitative descriptive methods. Based on the results of the analysis, what was found was that the results of terminal levy collections obtained using the calculation of potential terminal levies and adjusted to the tariff increases stated in the Regent's Regulations obtained greater results compared to the billing system currently being implemented and trend projections showed that there was an increase in levies. terminal every year for the next five years.
