Abstract

This study investigated the state of mental health among students at a leading university in West Java, Indonesia, focusing on the prevalence of mental health problems, awareness of available resources, access to therapy, and the effectiveness of campus support systems. A quantitative approach was employed, using a cross-sectional survey to collect data from a representative sample of 200 students. The results showed a significant prevalence of mental health challenges, including stress, anxiety, and depressive symptoms. Worryingly, most students lacked awareness of available mental health resources. Access to therapy and counseling services is hindered by stigma and long wait times. While some campus support systems received positive feedback, others were deemed in need of improvement. To address these issues, recommendations included a comprehensive awareness campaign, efforts to reduce stigma, increased access to counseling services, and improved campus support systems. These findings underscore the urgent need to prioritize mental health support within the university community.

Abstract

Mental health disorders among adolescents in West Java have become a growing concern, impacting their well-being and future prospects. This study aimed to investigate the genetic factors contributing to these disorders, utilizing genomic analysis and qualitative exploration of lived experiences. A mixed-methods approach was employed, including quantitative surveys, genomic analysis, and qualitative interviews. The study comprised a diverse sample of adolescents from various socio-economic backgrounds and age groups in West Java. The quantitative analysis revealed a significant prevalence of mental health disorders, with approximately 35% reporting symptoms of depression and 55% meeting criteria for generalized anxiety disorder. Genomic analysis identified specific genetic markers associated with these disorders, emphasizing their genetic underpinnings. Qualitative data underscored the impact of stigma, coping mechanisms, family support, and cultural factors on adolescents' mental well-being. The findings of this study provide a comprehensive understanding of mental health in adolescents in West Java, integrating genetic and socio-cultural perspectives. The prevalence rates highlight the urgency of addressing mental health issues in this population. Genetic insights suggest opportunities for personalized interventions, while qualitative findings emphasize the importance of reducing stigma and enhancing community-based support. These findings contribute to the development of targeted interventions and policies aimed at improving the mental health of adolescents in West Java.

Abstract

In order to maintain growth and competitiveness in the modern business environment, digital marketing must be strategically integrated, especially for Micro, Small, and Medium-Sized Enterprises (MSMEs) that conduct business-to-business (B2B) transactions. This study looks into the potential and difficulties that come with B2B digital marketing as well as how to measure return on investment (ROI) for MSMEs in Indonesia. Surveys and in-depth interviews were used in a mixed-methods approach to collect both quantitative and qualitative data. The results show that MSMEs have widely adopted digital marketing tactics, with social media and content marketing being the most popular. There are still issues like tight budgets, hard ROI calculations, and fierce market competition. The report makes actionable suggestions, such as group marketing campaigns, the creation of uniform ROI measurements, and a focus on innovation via emerging technologies and niche targeting. The insights provide practitioners, policymakers, and industry stakeholders with practical advice for improving the knowledge of the dynamics in B2B digital marketing for MSMEs in Indonesia.
