Abstract

Complete Systematic Land Registration (PTSL), a process to concurrently register land for the first time for all land objects to be registered in Indonesia. The issue is how the PTSL is being implemented in Cilegon City in accordance with the relevant laws. What challenges and initiatives does the Cilegon City Land Office encounter in its PTSL Program Activities? Research is the normative legal technique, qualitatively assessed, and deductive reasoning. According to Ministerial Regulation No. 6 of 2018 governing PTSL, this paper's conclusion is that PTSL in Cilegon City has gone through 13 stages. The challenges faced are a lack of public information regarding costs, completeness of proof of land ownership and complementary processes from previous applicants, overlapping, broken land histories, incompatibility of juridical data with physical data on land parcels, slow signing process by the village committee team, designation of field boundaries not attended by the applicant and boundary neighbors. As well as the efforts made are counseling related to PTSL insights, counseling to complete evidence of land ownership, improving the quality of juridical data and physical data, subject data collection for counseling invitation letters, coordinating with the Cilegon city government, involving the government and Cilegon city officials.

Abstract

Complete Systematic Land Registration is a registration activity carried out simultaneously for all objects of land registration in all village areas. The problem: is the implementation of PTSL in Cilincing District, North Jakarta appropriate or not according to the Regulation of the Minister of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/Head of the National Land Agency No. 6 of 2018? And what are the obstacles in implementing PTSL in Cilincing District, North Jakata? how to overcome the problems that become obstacles to the implementation of PTSL in Cilincing District, North Jakarta? The research is normative, descriptive in nature, the data and use primary and secondary data, analyzed qualitatively, drawing conclusions using deductive logic. Research results, discussion and conclusions; The implementation of PTSL in Cilincing District, North Jakarta is in accordance with Article 4 Paragraph (4) Regulation of the Minister of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/Head of the National Land Agency No. 6 of 2018. Obstacles in its implementation are the lack of active public awareness, data collection, difficult parties found, measurement of land parcels, one object of land parcels claimed by two parties, submission of certificates, limited counseling and division of work time during the pandemic.

Abstract

Whoever has the right to represent themselves as an heir and the portion they receive is still a concern when a person passes away and their assets are passed to their heirs. The problem that needs to be solved in this study is how to distribute the heirs' inheritance to their heirs according to the Civil Code and whether or not the decisions made in Surabaya District Court Judge Number 973/Pdt.G/2021/PN Sby regarding who would inherit from the heirs of the heirs were appropriate or not. The study's findings, analysis, and recommendation are the distribution of the heirs' inheritance to those of their heirs according to the Civil Code, namely Maity Kaseger and Henriette Beatrix Kaseger, Egenio Mario Nicolas, Stella Thesia Nordie Kaseger, F. Mario Bartolomeus Kaseger, P.J Argo Kaseger, Raphael Mario Angelo. The Surabaya District Court Judge decision number 973/Pdt.G/2021/PN Sby decided that who became the heir of the heir was not in accordance with the Civil Code where the sons-in-law, namely Bing Tjoei and Sri Wurjanti Hartono were included in the inheritance of the heir's inheritance while according to the Civil Code the sons-in-law had no right to inherit because they were not blood related to the heir.

Abstract

According to the Civil Code, the death of a person will open up inheritance for his heirs. The formulation of the problem raised in the journal is how to distribute the assets of the deceased. Jenny The to his heirs according to the Civil Code and the contents of Ruling numbers 2 and 3 regarding the determination of the heirs of the deceased. Jenny The in Manado District Court decision No. 410/Pdt.G/2020/PN.MND is appropriate or not according to the Civil Code. In order to be able to answer this the research method uses a normative juridical type, the nature of the research used is analytical descriptive, the data used is secondary data, data analysis is done qualitatively, and conclusions are drawn using deductive logic methods. The results of the research and discussion of this journal are related to the death of the late Almh. Jenny The, who opened up the occurrence of inheritance to his heirs and caused disputes between them. The conclusion is that Krusteddy gets 1/3 of the share, because Krusteddy has died then his share will be replaced by Melissa and Christian who each get 1/6 of the share, then Rudy Lo gets 1/3 of the share, and Agustina gets 1/3 of the share as well as the contents of the rulings number 2 and 3 regarding the determination of the heirs of the deceased. Abstract

Inheritance law contains the determination of who will become the heir. However, the inheritance problem itself cannot be separated from the existence of disputes regarding the distribution of inheritance to the heirs, especially if in the distribution of inheritance there is a will made by the heir, this was also experienced by the late Leman's family, the issues discussed were 1) How distribution of the inheritance of the late Leman to his heirs according to the Civil Code, 2) Whether the contents of the Decision of the Medan District Court Number 43/Pdt.G/2020/Pn.Mdn concerning the distribution of the inheritance of the late Leman to his heirs are appropriate or not according to the Civil Code, conduct research by using analytical descriptive research, where the results of the research were through qualitative and drawing conclusions using the deductive method resulting in the conclusion that 1) The distribution of the assets of the late Leman according to the Civil Code, namely Mrs. Tan Bie Tju (5/8) share, Edison (1/8) share, Verawati (1/8) share, Lilis Leman (1/8) share, and Cindy Chandra do not receive inheritance shares because there is no provision in the Civil Code that regulates the distribution of inheritance to adopted children, 2) The content of the decision of the Medan District Court Number 43/Pdt.G/2020/Pn.Mdn concerning the distribution of the inheritance of the late Lemman to his heirs is not in accordance with the Civil Code.

Abstract

Land registration is an important element to develop a land registration system within the scope of simultaneous registration for all villages and sub-districts. Main questions are whether the implementation of complete systematic land registration program in Batam has been carried out as stipulated in the Regulation of the Minister of Agrarian and Spatial Planning/Head of BPN No. 6 of 2018, how is the implementation of the complete systematic land registration regulation policy in Batam and how is Batam Government's effort to reduce the difficulty of realizing the complete systematic land registration program. Theseresearch wield normative juridical method with analytical descriptive type. The results of the research on the implementation of complete systematic land registration program in Batam are implemented through 13 stages, same as the program policy in the Regulation of the Minister of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/Head of the National Land Agency No. 6 of 2018. PTSL certificates are issued systematically, or by requiring the owner of the result user to pay both the annual mandatory fee and the Implementation Fee. Conclusion, the solutions are community counseling, collaboration with local government, getting rid of old villages, BPHTB payment rules, and cooperation with stakeholders including the Batam government.
