Abstract

The problem in this study is whether the Transformational Leadership Style and Job Satisfaction have a positive and significant influence and which variable has the dominant influence on Employee Productivity at Pt. Jaya contruction. To answer these problems, descriptive analysis methods are used, quantitative analysis with multiple regression analysis tools. From the results of the statistical test analysis, it shows that the Transformational Leadership Style has a positive and significant effect on Nurse Performance while job satisfaction has no effect and is not significant on Nurse performance at Pt. Jaya construction. The first hypothesis proposed is proven while the second hypothesis is not proven. From the results of the regression coefficient, it can be seen that the variable that has a more dominant effect on employee performance is the Influence of Transformational Leadership Style, namely that the third hypothesis proposed is proven. The results of regression testing show that the variable Transformational Leadership Style has a positive and significant effect on Nurse employee productivity while the variable Job Satisfaction does not have a positive and significant effect on Nurse Performance, while the dominant variable that influences Nurse Performance is Transformational Leadership Style

Abstract

This research is motivated by the trend of Tiktok during the COVID-19 pandemic. This trend can be used to overcome economic problems due to declining public purchasing power. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of live video streaming on Tiktok, discounted prices, and free shipping on online purchasing decisions. The population of this study is Skintific product users in DKI Jakarta who buy products on the Tiktok live platform. The sampling method used was purposive sampling. The samples obtained were 114 respondents. Based on the results of this study it was found that Tiktok live video streaming and free shipping have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Meanwhile, price discounts have no effect on purchasing decisions. The results of this study can be used by related sellers as a consideration for increasing sales through increasing consumer purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership and work environment on employee performance at Atma Jaya University. This type of research uses qualitative research methods with 30 employees as research respondents. The sampling technique uses the google form and is tested for validity and reliability. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 23 software. The results of this study are that leadership has a positive but not significant effect on employee performance and work environment has a positive but not significant effect on employee performance.
