Abstract

In the proses of gender-viewed English learning, the scopes of self–management concept of educator and learners consisting of their being, their own life purpose, and their position in life must be accomadated in all learning phases. To support the success of the effort maximally, it must be supported by approaches that can be integrated by self–management concept in gender-viewed English learning namely individual approach, community approach, mixed approach, and educational approach
