<![CDATA[The purpose of this writing is to find out how to solve problematic murabahah financing/ bad loans at KSPPS Nurrurrohmah Al Barokah. To achieve this goal the authors use the approach method used is empirical juridical. With the method of collecting observation data and interviews. descriptive data analysis technique, where the researcher describes the description of the conditions and situation at KSPPS Nururrohmah Al Barokah. The method for solving troubled murabahah financing/ bad credit at KSPPS Nurrurrohmah Al Barokah is a telephone notification to customers who are late in making payments; issuance of billing letter I; direct billing by the manager (if the first billing letter is not successful); billing by the Management is not successful, the customer will be asked to come to the office and meet the management so that the problem can be resolved properly through negotiations. Cara penyelesaian pembiayaan murabahah bermasalah/ kredit macet di KSPPS Nurrurrohmah Al Barokah adalah Pemberitahuan melalui telepon kepada nasabah yang telat melakukan pembayaran; pemberian surat penagihan I; penagihan langsung oleh pengelola (apabila surat penagihan pertama tidak berhasil); penagihan oleh Pengurus tidak berhasil, nasabah akan diminta untuk datang ke kantor dan menemui pengurus agar permasalahan dapat terselesaikan dengan baik-baik melalui perundingan.
